    I went into Advanced America in Columbus, Texas. As I entered the building I noticed that it was very clean, very nice and is a very friendly atmosphere. I was greeted with friendliness, kindness, sincerity and a smile. The young lady that helped me out “Sarah” was very educated about my needs, very nice, friendly and very caring and gave me the best options. She made my experience very easy, and extremely fast. Not only was I helped in the best way ever I was treated like family. Advance America in Columbus is the best I have ever been to. I give them 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you Sarah for making this an amazing experience. I will be back and will let everyone know about your location and the great experience.

    I have been to many Advance America locations and this one is the best at customer service! Sonya is just the sweetest and most courteous! Christine was also sweet! I remember when the AC was out a couple of weeks ago, that Sonya still stayed in that heat. She sure is a great customer service representative! I recommend this branch of Advance America to anyone! On occasion they'd have refreshments!!
