I've had bad experiences with other facilities but this location was great. Chandra was awesome as well as the other staff. Very professional and easy to talk to. I would defiantly recommend using them.

The entire Team, especially Shanda at 1300 Gause, Slidell were AWESOME! Very professional, yet personalized their Customer Service. Everyone that walked in the door was treated with a warm welcome. Store is always clean and all of the ladies are very pleasant and professional. Mrs Chandra, Mrs Pat, Mrs Laurie and Mrs Alisa are all very nice ladies. Always greeted with a smile even when there are lots of customers at once, they rock. Love the ladies!

Chandra at the Gause location was wonderful. The customer service is outstanding. Had a subpar experience at another out of state location. Decided to give them another try as I was referred to them. So glad i came in. Thank you ladies.

If I could I would give them way more stars. They are so nice and are always willing to help anyway they can. I don't care what anyone says, as a customer for a while now and also a person that works in collections, all you have to do is communicate with them and they will, to the best of their ability, work SOMETHING out with you. It's when you dont call or communicate that things go sour.

Chandra is so awesome! I was in need and she helped me with a smile! She counted out $80 worth of quarters during a busy time. She was fast and friendly! Highly recommend!!!!
