Customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered. When I called to speak to the rep who talked to me previously, I asked if she was the rep that talked to me the other day, her response was maybe I am, maybe not. What kind of customer service training she attended, must be how to lose customers in a hurry. I was not given info about my account, that should have been protocol for good customer service. When confronted, the employee said everyone should have known that info already. Every doesn't utilize loan services so how could they know. Obviously this company doesn't feel the need to educate thier customers, especially when it involves hidden charges. I see why they call these institutions predatory lending companies. I will do my best to make sure potential customers utilize Advance America's competitors. Wish I had a choice to give a negative star as a rating.
