I really appreciate the service. Crystal was very fast and efficient and also very polite. She greeted every person who walked in and answered every call with the same energy. Crystal showed characteristics of a model employee and I believe she deserves a raise!!

Melodie was VERY helpful. She has excellent customer service. I did not have to wait for her to help me. The location itself is in a great place, very convenient. Clean on the inside and outside. The other workers were polite as well.

I have used the plank rd. location several times when i needed extra cash between pay periods, but because I live closer to the Siegen lane location i visited there and was blown away by Chandler! She is very sweet, patient and detailed with the cash advance process. My first visit was amazing and my second visit i called over the phone needing help with getting more time to make a payment and she walked me through the steps, took her time explaining the terms and only took a few minutes to have my request processed when i made it into the office. If you visit the Siegen Village location, ask for Chandler!!! ;)

Advance America is a great reliable company that has provided me with friendly and fast paced customer service. The ladies that work there are a true pleasure to interact with; especially Ms. Melodie. I would recommend this company to those that may need it.

Very fast and friendly service never crowded always a pleasant experience. I use them to reload my cards as well as cash checks and never be longer than 5 minutes. Highly recommend them.

Melodie is very rude and un-professional. if i could give 0 stars i would. she calls you with an attitude when your late and threatens you. She needs to be demoted because her customer service is horrible. i would not recommend any one to go to her location. She has a nasty hood mentality and she does not need to be in her profession working with customers.

Amazing service. I've taken loans here about three times so far and this is the first place that I ever came to to take a payday advance loan. The reps are always very patient with me and when I first told them of my anxiety, were very patient with me which I've found to be rare. The requirements are very easy to meet and I always pay my loans back on time. They're never late to open so since I get here first thing in the morning I never have to wait. If you're looking for a loan, I can attest that the payday loans here are worth the great service and professional treatment.

Before melodie became the store manager i had great experiences the past 9 months paying here i wrecked my vehicle & had to find a way so as i did once before i called 5 mins before close to make my payment i was right at the light & when i made it to the door at 5:59 Melodie claims to be closed !! Mind you i usually get a courtesy call before my payment is due & they did not do that for me so i believe this evil lady did this on purpose ! Im so upset because this the worst service i ever got since coming here because all the good people she either fired or they quit now its those rude inconsiderate people there such as melodie who locked the door on me BEFORE close ! She made me make a good review on her a few weeks ago because she played the role of being a really nice person but she is a fake & fraud & wish i would not have gave her those fake 5 stars when she asked me to !!
