I come here often for help when things are tight between checks. Jesse is ALWAYS so kind and willing to help in any way he can. He always has a smile on his face. I can truly say he has always done whatever he can possible to help in any situation. He is so professional and should be a model employee for everyone that works in customer service. He always remembers his regular customers and asks how things are going. I like that he is personal and doesnt make this company feel like somewhere you just go to get money or pay bills. I would recommend anyone to go here if you need help when things get rough.

I only come here to pay my utility bill so I have no idea how their other services are. The employees are polite, however, I've only encountered two and have never experienced more than one serving customers at a time. Because of this, they're answering phone calls while serving the customer in front of them, which further delays the already long waiting time. I don't blame the employees but I really dislike coming here because it takes so long. I am here currently and there are seven people waiting, five people behind me. I have been here for 15 minutes already.

Advance America is great to have in Valparaiso for small payday loans to help someone until their next payday. Jesse is a very pleasant and always friendly!

Amazing staff, they know their customers by name, are super helpful & very courteous! I wont go anywhere else. I drive 45 minutes to the Valparaiso location because of the staff there.

Very awesome service and always nice and helpful with any questions. This is the only place I will go if I need a short term loan. I will never go anywhere else but here.

It's been over 10 yrs since I borrowed from a payday loan establishment I went to Advance America in Valparaiso Indiana thinking I would be treated fairly. I was not; Everytime I'd return to get a loan I would be offered less money. The more income I made, the less I would be offered. I declined the insulting loan offer. Apparently the employee could not perform basic math, or thought that I lacked the skill. The employee continued to blame the computer. So, the choice I made after such terrible service is never to return. Bottom line: this store doesn't add up. I would not recommend this company, particularly in Valparaiso.

Everything was fine at the office then I deposited the check I had asked for instead of cash. My bank then put a hold on the check because they said it would take ten days for it to be paid by your bank so I can’t use the money till then if I had known that I wouldn’t have bothered that’s only 4 or 5 days before I have to pay it back I needed the money now not then. Waste of my time and the money that you’re charging me for it.

This is one of the best payday loan places around. Very friendly and respectful... I've been a customer for many years. I highly recommend this location.
