Brianna is simply the friendliest and most helpful customer service agent, I have ever encountered!! She is knowledgeable and has a very positive and happy demeanor, very efficient and productive!! She goes above and beyond and her work ethic is quite impressive - the way she can manage an office full of people and the phones ringing and never lose her patience and focus, is remarkable. I cannot say enough great things about her and the way she conducts business; Advance America knew what they were doing when they hired her. Great professional and friendly service! I needed a little extra help this month and they were there for me! It was a quick and simple process. The lady Brianna, that helped me was super nice and knowledgeable and when it came time to pay I was still a little behind and she was able to give me an extension and even set up a payment plan wich was a total life saver!! I would definitely recommend coming here! All in all it was quite a pleasant experience!☺

I went in to this store to see about their loans because my cat was gonna need surgery and I didn't get paid for a few more days so Google loans and they popped up first so I decided to head over and the girls were so knowledgeable and so professional. I've never done these before so they broke it down pretty simply.

Great experience! They are so knowledgeable and quick! I walked in unprepared not knowing whatv i needed to qualify and the girls were so helpful she was able to walk me thru the process and get me my loan without even me having to leave. Thankfully i brought my phone because she was able to get mostly everything from my bank app. Highly recommend especially because when you recommend other people, they pay you $25 for each referral! How awesome is that? Ive already referred 2 people. Easy 50 bucks.
