ANGELA WAS AWESOME!!! I did not want to come in and get a loan, in fact I put off going for a few days. However, once I went in Angela was friendly and reassured me I’d not only get approved, but also give me several options for repayment that worked with my situation. Definitely the store to go to if you find yourself in a tight spot financially and need sincere and professional help getting out. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived at 12pm with the open sign on and nobody was inside or answering the phone. I was not the only person waiting. it was really inconvenient and unprofessional for the office to be closed during business hours with nothing posted to let anyone know what is going on . My last experience was good but this one was definitely not.

The experience I had rent really well, the ladies at the store were very nice, courteous, and professional. They walked me through the whole process and explained everything to me in detail. Would definitely come back again.

I would just like to say the atmosphere of this location is just so welcoming and energetic. Everytime I go in I'm greeted with warm smiles and questions of how my day is going and how they can help me , it's so refreshing. Both Angela and Icely are amazing. Icely was the one who helped me specifically, and I must say, this was my first loan and was really nervous about getting one but she was so reassuring and educated about the loan that I felt confident in going through with my loan. I know that if I ever need some financial assistance again , i will for sure be going back to Advance America and will be working with Icely again!! If i could give this more than a 5 star review i would, it would be 10 stars for me!

I was recommended here by a family friend .. if you’re low on cash and having a hard time getting approved online (like me) you’ll have a better chance getting approved in the store. I came here and was out in literally 10 minutes. It’s a very fast and easy process, oh and I forgot to mention cash on the spot! You’ll have a choice to get cash or deposited into your account the SAME DAY!!
