I had a horrible experience with this company. I got a payday loan I wanted to pay it off as soon as possible to save money on interest It was due the 11th. On June 2nd I called 4 times got no answer twice I got a shrill noises hard on my ears so I drove in 2 times that day it is 32 miles round trip that is 65 miles so far. it had a close sign on door. I was trying to get ready for my husband 61 birthday the next day I was having a bd party for him so I didn't have time to drive back to town but I already have 1 more day of interest because nobody there or the phone wasn't working. On The 3rd I called and talked to a worker she told me I couldn't pay off my loan over the phone with my debit card I have done it before especially with covid Livingston County Mo has UK and India made the news worst in Mo I am elderly with lots of under line conditions anyway I dropped getting ready for my husband bd party drove back to town just to pay off this loan took close to 2 hours another 10 in gas. The quest showed up before I was ready it really was so frustrating. I will need another payday loan in a couple days I am calling around to find another company to work with. The ladies that work there usually has it together

She went over what options they had and directed me to the one that would suit my needs best.
