I've been to numerous facilities like this and none compare to this place. The staff is by far the friendliest, most personable, respectful and business oriented you could ask for. They are always there to help, never had any issues and they have always worked with me in my best interests. Dont go anywhere else, take your business to them you won't regret it. Also Rachel by far has best customer relations, love dealing with her. Shes the best but hey so is all the other staff. Thank you again!!

Was running late then forgot my ID but Julie was kind enough to wait and got the process started so I could get the loan. Always a pleasure working with the ladies at this office. Their professionalism and compassion shows.

I love this location every time that I have been in the staff has ALWAYS greeted me with a smile. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the services that they have. I would recommend this location to everyone that I know.

I came to advance america casue i need some extra money...well there was a very young nice lady that helped me, well this nice lady that came an helped me her name was Rachel she had a smile on her face soon as i waked to the door...she made me very welcome she talked me like she knew me my whole life.. I just wanted to tell her Rachel that she a very helpful and the smile made my day ...that i will again...and i will be back soon and i hope that Rachal is there to to help me ...

Being completely transparent and honest here, it does pain me a little to post a 5 star review for a payday loan institution, however, the customer service could not have been better. I had the very nice pleasure of dealing with Victoria who from her initial phone contact until I left the office was nothing short of professional, kind and understanding. In the event you find yourself in need of such a service, see these guys, they went above and beyond to ease the anxiety during a stressful situation. Very well done Tori, I hope management realizes the asset they gained in hiring you!!

I enjoyed doing business with this office many years ago as a customer. They were always there when I needed some quick money. Rachel and Julie are phenomenal ladies and will always get ya taken care of!!!!
