I had been with this company for about 3 years. I had been going to this company mainly for payday loans. Sept. of 2015 i went in to do a title loan. (Did not really know it was an actual title pawn). So i sit down with one of the sales person's to discuss what i wanted to do. I explain the bad experience i had with a title pawn business years prior and that i did not want to get back in the same mess again. So, as we discussed what i wasn't looking for, this person explains that they did business TOTALLY DIFFERENT than the company i had gone to. This person explained to me that i could be set up with a certain payment for a certian amount of time then i would be able to get my title back. I kept repeating myself that i had just paid my truck off and that i did not want my title to be out for a long period of time. Again, i kept repeating myself. After that, i told this person that i wanted to think about it. Now if i tell you that i don't want to go through what i did with another company and you tell me that your company does something totally different, that's what i am going to believe. So when you know that your company operate the same way as the other company that i mentioned, and you tell me something different, i call that misleading for whatever reason. So when you set me up a certain payment for a certain amount of time, i expect to get my title back. I found out that i had been mislead a few months before i thought i was going to get my title back. I had put in $ 1,200.00 just for a file to stay open. $250 per month for 12 months. Mislead. I was only paying $2 toward this every month. All i got out of this whole thing was "i'm sorry". I even called the corporate office. The same thing. So i went to an actual finance company to buy my title and start all over again. I am very disappointed in this company. If this person would have came out and told me that they did the exact same thing as the other company, i would have NEVER GIVEN UP MY TITLE!!! Lesson learned. The only thing that this company did differently was that they did not make you sign a contract repeatedly. So i wonder how long were they going to let me pay $250 on a $2500 pawn? Forever or until they repossessed my vehicle? When i talked to corporate i was told that the person i did business with said they did not explain it to me they way i said it. I guess the customer isn't alwalys right. But i know what i was told. So, for all of this being said, i will not longer do business with this company. So again, LESSON LEARNED!!!!

Great place to come if you need extra cash for bills or trip. I will recommend. They have the best attitude and customer service. Deanna has the sweetest spirit. She makes you feel welcome with her smile and communication. She always appreciate her customers. Thank Dee for been their for me when I need yall service. Christi
