The manager who assisted me was wonderful. The only thing I rate low on is the equipment. She was having a hard time getting the tablet to work so my loan would be completed. She did everything she could and ended up having to enter my information maybe five times. Time for new equipment. Otherwise, I would gladly tell others it's the place to go for friendly help.
