Absolutely Amazing!!! The women who helped me was incredible. She was so busy and made sure she addressed everyone who was waiting and called. I even over heard her dealing with impatient, rude customers and she was very nice to them.

I went in yesterday after work and there was a few customers ahead of me and maritza was very kind she notified she would be with me shortly , maritza is also the one who helped me out super kind , and worked very efficiently. She informed me about all the things advanced America had to offer . I work in a doctors office so it’s not always sunshine and sparkles around here so after a long day at work it was nice to see such a positive happy person . I appreciate your help maritza !!

I want to thank Celeste Solorzano very very much for helping me out with my loan. just when I thought that my day was going to be ruined because I didn't think I would be able to qualify for a loan to fix my car I came in to advance America and Young helpful charismatic and friend young girl named Celeste solorzano. advance America I just want you to know that you've made a great decision by hiring her to assist clients with their loans because she's very helpful and does 110% to accommodate her customer. I have been in this Advance America for several times applied Payday loans. The team service representatives are great, friendly, courtesy, and professional. Dolly is always with wonderful smiles and helpful. She provides excellent customer care and well explaining the loan funding paperwork process with quick approval. The service team there is fantastic!

Maritza and her team are just so great. Everyone is such a professional. You’re informed about the products but nothing is pushes on you. It’s always such a pleasure being serviced by Dolly that always greats you with a smile.

I always get greeted with a “Ronnie From Target” and I love it. These lovely group of ladies are always very helpful and friendly and i always enjoying conversations with them while I’m there. Definitely recommend coming here instead of those other places that just make you feel like you want to pay your loan ASAP!

Fantastic group of women at Advance America. I’ve been a customer for over a year and they’ve been a great help to me in need. The customer Service is exquisitely fantastic. I am amaze by the amount of detail these young ladies have when it comes to their customers. I as a customer am very pleased, as soon as I walk in I was graciously greeted by Maritza. After waiting for my turn Vanessa helped me and she was efficient and very polite. I was surprise by how polite this lady was. She even closed the deal calling me by my name. Overall I am pleased with this establishment and I will be coming back to do my advance again.

I was in a bind one day. When I walked in all the girls were so pleasant with a smile, but very professional made me feel at ease. Maritza was who help me the first time and was very helpful. It's always good to know that there's an Advance America in Alhambra. The staff there are beyond GREAT!!!!!

I came here for my first time the other week. I was with my two sons and dolly without asking went to the back and came back with two muffins and two water bottles for them. Outstanding. Not to mention the maritza who helped me had excellent customer service. Great job guys!
