I was approved a loan step by step and knowing I struggle with a mental disability of having trouble understanding guidelines I was well informed of the process in following through in meeting agreements that can better help me meet the standards to payback this loan so miss Rachel Agueros let me know the more I pay on due date the more I pay towards paying off the loan and that my payments I can make in paying ahead toward paying off my loan she was helpful to explain where I was able to understand and she answered all my questions so now I’m on this journey to be more responsible to meet in agreement to maybe see if this loan is a success in my part and the understanding to work with me in meeting all expectations of the process

I've used Advance America many times in my adult life for loans, because it's overall a great business. Here, Angel and Rachel are wonderful! Great customer service, very efficient and timely with their service. Even if you have to wait, it's never very long. Some people don't like the idea of having to get a loan, but these ladies make the process comfortable. You're in and out, back to your business. I appreciate them so much, and thank them for giving their best every time. ♡ If you need a loan, PLEASE come here. They are great!

Everytime I had something to discuss, I always seemed to get Rachel. She is nothing but rude and ugly to the customers. I'm not surprised to see other reviews saying the same. She acts like the money is coming out of her own pocket. Do not recomend to go to her for assistance AT ALL

I've been using Advance America for a few years after suffering a financial hardship. I only go to the Leon Valley location because of the amazing customer service provided by manager Rachel. She is very personable and always has a welcoming smile. She deserves to be recognized for her world class service.

I went to Advance America because they had great reviews but I will never go back. My loan came due when I was out of town on a family emergency. On the way back to San Antonio my car broke down, I had no signal and the manager Rachel deposited my check. She didn't even give me one day to pay the fees. I looked at my account and saw that she had deposited my check. I called the store at 9:58am the day after I was due and got no answer. When she finally answered she showed no empathy. I told her what happened and that I had to pay my electric bill and she said, "well you signed the contract." Yes, I did Rachel. I guess I should have known better that to think that you or Advance America could give your customers one day to pay your fees. I hope you meet your numbers for this month, Rachel. I will never go back to Advance America and I will make sure I will never recommend YOUR office to anyone I know.

Rachel and Trinity were both wonderful to me! I was new to the process, and they took the time to explain everything aspect of an installment loan, which was the best option for me. I was nervous when I first went in, because I'd never done anything like it, but they both made me feel welcome .They answered all my questions and concerns, and we're both SO nice wheike they did it! I recommend this comlany, and specifically this location, to anyone needing a loan. The rates were better than online places, there's no overnight wait, and the customer service is the best!!!
