Very professional , polite and sympathetic to your needs and situation. I was in and out in a very short amount of time... I went to advance America a couple of weeks ago . It was my 1st time getting a loan and I was afraid I was going to be Denied. As soon as I walk in the store when Caroline and lucia greeted me I felt very welcome. The process was very fast and I enjoyed the time I spend there. They gave me all my options I had and how much the payments will be for each one. I was approved for their instalment loan and for more than I was needing.
