I just love the customer service Tosha and Shecara gave me they-were very helpful and took good care of me Appreciate them very much.

As i entered the store, both ladies greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Shecara and Tosha explained everything in full to me so i was aware of what I wss doing. The ladies assisted me with setting up my online banking and I would recommend Advance America to anyone in need.

I went in and was greeted by the staff. Very friendly. As soon as I walked I was helped by Tosha. She was fast and explained everything that I needed help with and answered all my questions and concerns. This is my first time using cash advance and it will not be my last.

With Advance America when take out a loan with them they want you to make a payment and give them a personal check as claddral so if you are not able to make a payment they pop you with that claddral check then it goes in on your checking account im ok with that but when it come time to make my payment the bank Chase Bank here in Marshall Texas would not print me out a paper person check so i call and talk to Advance America to see if they would let make a payment next month since the bank would not print me out a person check well Advance America took and pop me with one of those claddral checks that i give them for the total amount owed them that's ok they deserved the money im truly ok with that but once it was payed off they went back and took one of those claddral checks now once it was payed off they took one of those claddral checks and pop my check account again once it was payed off and they refused to give the money back lessen learned i hope that people out there in this world and people im Marshall Texas look up and take notice that Advance American is nothing but a hungry roaring Lion waiting to devour people please don't feed that roaring lion go somewhere else
