This review is from a buyer's perspective. My agent and I was trying to purchase a property listed by Advance Estate Funding & Realty, and unfortunately the deal did not go through. That was to be expected as a buyer when purchasing a property, no new news there. But here's the kicker, not only was the listing agent Tiffany (I believe that's her name) very unresponsive to our agent from the beginning, they ended up relisting the listing over 30k from their original asking price. I do not know if they condone this or what, but that is what I consider a "jerk move". It wastes everyone's time. I know sometime a listing gets relisted for a higher price, but 30k over ? I just don't think that's right. But I'll let you decide.

The team here really works to help you feel at ease. They get the job done quick and most of my processes/transactions were completed here so it saved me the time and headache of going through other firms and the bank. Hardest working people ever!

Doing a refi with ADK. Locked our rate on 9/15/20 and after two months we went and signed our loan docs on 11/17/20 expecting to close a few days later...now stilling waiting on 12/3/30 to fund our loan and we are not the only ones still waiting....Unacceptable! Will not be using them in the future.

This is a solution based bank for lending. It can solve your single home and commercial lending needs. Their customer services bar none and the company credo is: "There are no challenging loans that cannot be resolved unless we don't try!" I have the utmost belief that whether it's a small or big lending issue, you are in great 🙌. Give them a chance, you will be amazed!!!
