I don't normally write reviews but man, what a pleasant experience. I was helped by a guy named Gerard who really took the time to explain to me about the college account promotion they have. Super nice and informative employee who definitely eased my concerns over previous bank experiences. I would definitely recommend doing business with this branch and will be returning soon.

Ms Leslie Sanchez is best of the best I went in for a car refinance and she was able to save me more then $100 on my new loan. She deserves to recognize because of her patience. I recommend her 200% come see her and I give her 100 stars

He was super helpful and actually gave me advice on how to build credit (im pretty new to this adulting stuff) and let me know all options that would work for me. I came to find out some information about the bank with my sister, and I met Gerard this gentleman was extremely helpful and informative. He helped with everything the bank has to offer and explaining the college account promotion which was very helpful for my sister. His customer service was amazing and we will definitely be back. I like this bank (Addition #4620) and I like the staff. I don't speak English very well, but the staff is very friendly, like Gerard Rivera, a young guy who works very carefully and patiently, and two other beautiful women staffs who are very good service . They were not upset or complained because I was not thinking well in the money wire transfer and caused a lot of trouble in their work, I appreciate their work attitude, I like this bank, their service is really great!

Went to Addition FinanciaL Credit Union Today to start up accounts and Mr Carlos Perez Gonzalez who provided me with excellent/superb services, he answered all my questions and needs pertinent to the accts. Mr. Carlos Perez Gonzalez went above and beyond to explain all services in detailed. Mr Carlos Perez Gonzalez is very knowledgeable with the banking industry. I highly recommend this bank and see Mr Carlos Perez Gonzalez for assistance His location is the Poncianna facility. Very respectfully R/V

Went here to get a loan for my first car and the service was above and beyond, Carlos went through all the hoops and hurdles to get me approved and made the whole process a breeze. Very happy with their service and thanks to them and Carlos I got my car.

Only rated 4 stars because I Had an issue with my account for about a month , every time I called member services everyone gave me the run around and never resolved anything. However, DIEGO was able to help me and was very professional about everything and very knowledgeable!

Unfortunately for us, it did not go well at this Branch in Poinciana, especially with the employee Glenda Rivera Mena, on Tuesday 12/21/2021 when we wanted to open a new account with Addition Financial, she made that visit the worst we ever had before on any Banking Institution. She was not friendly, she did not answer our questions knowingly and we felt slighted. After obtaining more information with another employee of another Branch and investigating deeply about the requirements to open a bank account with them, we still do not understand what could have had a reason for this "latina" employee to treat us so badly and with such unprofessionalism. We seek answers that we never get. Therefore, we do not recommend this employee as an Advisor and much less as an information guide for this Banking Institution. I must mention that ironically the only employee who did not speak Spanish that day at that Branch was the only person who treated us with dignity and respect. We were full of enthusiasm and with many questions and the employee Rivera Mena only gave us wrong and negative answers and even sent us to another bank called First Bank to open our new account. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
