Today's encounter with Rachel, this day, was exceptional. I had wired a significant amount of money to settle my loan account. I wanted to be assured that it did not get lost or misdirected. Rachel explained that the transfer is not as instantaneous as one would think, and it takes time for it to funnel through the necessary channels. She professionally instructed me to be patient and call back in a few hours to check its disposition. I did and asked for her personally. At first, she did not see the transaction posted, so she went out of her way to contact accounting to see if it was being identified and placed into savings. And, there she found it! Subsequently, she took the amount and immediately reconciled my account to identify it as paid in full. I was most appreciative of her willingness to work through the mire to find and identify it. It really put my mind at ease. I thank her very much for treating this senior citizen with the utmost respect and importance being so close as it was to quitting time. The two representatives who I talked to on Wednesday and Thursday were absolutely terrific! They were both very patient with me and very helpful. One of them was Monica, in the corporate office and the other one was in the main office in Orlando, I think! I unfortunately forgot his name! I would send anyone I know to them for any help. Dianna helped me with my on-line banking account as no one in the last 4 weeks was able to. She set up a new app and I was able to get into my bill pay and pay my bills. I am so great full for having spoke with someone so nice and knowledgeable in helping me out. Raquel was very kind, courteous, and professional, and went the extra little bit to make sure we taken care of. We were having technical difficulties with accessing our account online, and she stayed us on the phone until we were able to access our account and navigate the website easily. My experience with Juan M. Velasco was the best service I've received since opening an account with Addition Financial. I'd like to thank him for his professionalism, speedy response time. He kept his word about calling back when he promise to call me back at a certain time. I deeply appreciate that and I thank him for helping me and family with our financial needs, and I look forward to calling him again on my next vehicle purchase.

I have talked with Angel and Brenda that work here. I don't live in FL, but I have a loan through them. Both of the representatives were courteous and VERY understanding when it came to an issue I had with the loan. I have dealt with many other banks and often times, the representatives get very rude. They not only were super patient with me, but they took the time to break everything down for me so I fully understood what all was going on. I can honestly say that I have NEVER dealt with customer service with a bank that was this exceptional. I fully appreciate them and the service that they have provided.

We were buying a car and I shopped around for interest rates. Nobody beat Addition Financial's 2.99 rate (we were able to get an additional discount to an even lower rate because we already banked there!). The loan application process was easy, we were approved quickly and Monica did an amazing job helping us complete our purchase. I am SO happy we chose to do business with Addition Financial and would definitely consider using them again in any other large purchase.

I have to say that the Addition Financial at lake Mary is the best location to conduct all of your business and personal account needs. I was having issues with my personal account and visited both the Orange City and Sanford bank locations, they were not able to assist me. I decide to drive to the Lake Mary location and Ms. Tanya solved it in 5 minutes. Not only did she have an clear understanding of what was going on and located all of my bank information prior to meeting with me. She is kind, understanding and absolutely amazing. Monica was awesome! I am pretty sure I drove her crazy with phone calls and questions but she was very responsive and actually picked up the phone each time I called ( rare these days). Got to visit the Lake Mary Headquarters of Addition Financial for a field trip with my child . Members of the Credit Union , Mike, Ryan & Elizabeth took us on a tour of the entire headquarters and we also got to visit their local branch . They each told us a bit of their day to day role within the credit union and finished with a Money Basics for our classroom. It was truly an enriching and educational experience! Thank you Mike, Ryan & Elizabeth for an incredible day !

Tangie Johnson has been an amazing advocate for me in the purchase of my new car with Addition’s auto loan process. She has been unbelievably helpful and such a kind soul to me. Carlos was very helpful in getting me to the proper member service person to assist me with my request. And he took the necessary step to ensure that if my phone call were disconnected, my phone number was readily available. (I had been disconnected previously while another person was transferring me to the "proper person"--after I had been on hold for 35 minutes).

Ms. Chau Nguyen was very professional and attentive to our needs. She was very courteous and pleasant to work with. Tangie was awesome. She was really nice and knowledgeable regarding the application process. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I'm so happy I was able to talk to her.

I am a current member along with my fiancé. We scheduled an appointment on line to go into the South Orange Ave location to create another separate account. We checked in sat down and waited about 5 mins. An employee her name was Joanne came by and said”do you have an appointment?” When I responded yes she then said oh you are a walk-in. I said no I made an appointment on line and I’m checked in, there’s my name on the board for 12:30. She then turns to me and curtly says well you’ll have to wait because I am going to lunch. Then she said wait here and walked away to another employee. Oh she also said I don’t know why you were allowed to schedule an appointment because the person you are scheduled with isn’t in today. Another employee must of been told to close her teller line because Laura O. rushed out and said she’d help us and took care of business with us. I’m writing this review because this is not the first time we’ve had to wait when we had a pre scheduled appointment. Also someone we’ve done business transactions with in the bank a few times previously should at least acknowledge a customer in a friendly voice. Not give us attitude because she’s busy or for any other reason. I transferred to Additional Financial for the convenience of the location but I’m thinking of taking my business back to where I had my money before. At least there I always felt appreciated and appointments were handled appropriately and within a reasonable time.

Eddie was a great customer service guide. very chill and comfortable to talk to. He made me feel right at home without being judgemental. 10/10 Eddie deserves a raise.

Tangie was so great. Even when the dealer was playing games she let me know its gone be alright she gone handle it. she stayed in contact with me everyday. She emailed and called the dealer sale rep whoever in a very quick timely matter. She always greeted me as hey Mr. Jacobs. Raquel in the Contact Center was so incredibly helpful today! I had an urgent need for a service that takes up to 24 hours and she got it done for me within a couple hours (and as soon as she got the request) because she knew it was important for me to have it done today. She also stayed on the line with me to make sure everything was done correctly (her idea) and that I was going to be able to complete the needed transaction. That ended up taking two phone calls and several extra minutes of her waiting for me and she was so helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be doing her job. She went above and beyond! Joel Martínez is great, he helped me with all my questions, is very nice. He’s very knowledgeable, charismatic and helpful, I recommend people to look for him in Addition Bank for all your banking needs.

We are using this bank for a solar loan. Simple enough. They sent us the first bill however no other information sent and the account number is blocked out. Problem is to setup payments you need the account number. We called 2 times now to find out what the account number is so we could setup automatic payments and both time were told a request made and call back would happen. This has been in a 2 week period. Now we were 1 week out from first payment due date and still have now way to pay on our loan. Point being to this bank in hopes they see this. Test all aspects of your systems. Sometimes the more complicated you make things negate your ability to do something as simple as collecting payment on loans "you" made. I would not recommend banking or consider an account with this bank based off this experience of a small loan and complexity. Much less put my money or retirement into their hands.

Raqual was a big help to me. I had so many questions and she listened to every one and no matter how dumb the question was she treated it as if the question was of the highest priority. When I asked if something was possible to do she was not sure and rather then make something up she put me on hold and went to check it out. when she came back she apologized and thanked me for my patients. She was so very pleasant and respectful. In truth, she made my day. Thank you Raqual.

For the life of me, I cannot believe it. I came close to giving up on improving my credit while in college and working, but thanks to Juan Velasco, my dreams of having a better future are in motion. I’ve had the same bank for almost 5 years, I’ve always been responsible, and when it came to me trying to get a credit card, to one day buy a house and achieve my goals, they rejected me with no hesitation. After 5 years of loyalty and a good enough credit score!!! I went to Addition Financial and thanks to Juan Velasco, today I am a proud member of our credit union, with friendly staff, my first credit card, and a more affordable monthly payment on my car. I cannot wait to see what the future holds, but as for today, I’m moving assets where I am valued as a member, and where they care about me growing, as opposed to where they just want to suck the soul out of me. HORRIBLE service! Have been a member for over 10 years, and cannot get help with financial issues involving my very sick husband. You cannot get service unless you have an appointment, even though the rest of the world is open for business. Will be switching to another bank ASAP

I had to jump through hoops to get online access and now that I’m in, I’m having issues making my auto loan payment. This is the worst Credit Union I’ve dealt with. Never again.

I had an issue from my stand point was an easy fix, just get my external account linked to my Car loan so that I can make payments online. I had called a few weeks back and the representative took me through the process but didn’t offer a direct resolution. The representative that I spoke to today however ensured my issue was resolved before ending our call. My issue was resolved and this gentleman deserves one big THANK YOU!!

Margie is a great rep for Addition Financial! Very friendly and helpful. She suggested a program for me that I did not know about and would be very helpful for my situation. If you are looking to finance a car, I highly recommend Addition Financial. My experience with my loan officer (Morgan B.) was smooth. She made the process extremely easy, answered my many questions, and always emailed back the same day. She was knowledgeable about the whole process, made signing documents as simple as possible, let me know if s dealer I was interested in was an approved dealer, and she always showed patience even though it took me a full three weeks to finally settle on my new car. Thanks Morgan and the rest of the finance team for making this process as seamless as possible.

I have been banking here for over 20 years, starting when it was CFEFCU. I attempted to change my phone number on my account via online, ended up locked out, called the evening phones, still a big mess. Called the bank Monday morning explained what happened, Javier called me right back, fixed the whole mess, everything is working great, phone number changed. Javier was fantastic and super helpful! I found myself in an unexpected financial situation last minute and he was so kind and helped me so I was able to take care of it without any issues and therefore relieve my stress. I love Addition Financial!

Bonnie was GREAT! She brought to my attention that I had not paid my car payment in which she told me I received a late fee. Since I never been late before and made my payment she waived the late fee. I was so happy. ****Bonnie is not GREAT and did nothing that she said she was going to do but lie and be sneaky when she took care of my payment and didn't post the full payment that I made and come to find out she didn't waive the fee like she said. Called back the next gentleman hung up on me, called third time to find out from another gentleman that they couldn't waive my fee. I will be looking for another company to handle my car loan for sure.

I worked with Ms. Vanessa on the phone today to help me resolve an issue. The dear lady went over and beyond. She did not give up, she was so very patient and kind, she showed customer service at its best. It is the employees in the trenches (who deal with us the customers) who do all the hard work. They have to listen to our complaints and gripes. They are the real heroes. Not the big wigs in their plush offices. I had a follow up conversation with Ms. Lisa, another gem of a customer service representative. Ms. Shaneque is a very soft spoken individual with an awesome determination and a ferocious tenacity in getting help for her clients. I called her twice after I left her office and she was willing to work with me with no signs of impatience or hurry. She is well informed, and a professional. She is a definite asset to the company. She does a wonderful job in representing the company. I was happy to work with her.

I can honestly say that Karen was incredible with me. It is my first time refinancing a car and she had no problem answering all the questions that I had, she was very professional and took the time to answer my calls regarding any little question. I highly recommend her to assist anybody because I felt comfortable talking to her about anything with my car account.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our field trip to Addition Financial Lake Mary today! Mike, Elizabeth, and Ryan all went out of their way to make it a great experience for our homeschool group. We got to take a behind the scenes tour to the different departments in HQ and of the actual branch, the kids favorite part! The kids loved waving to all of the employees and they were all so welcoming as we passed through. We also ate lunch and listened to a great presentation that was perfect for our different levels of learners. We all really enjoyed it - I highly recommend!!!

This is the most professional and and personal banking experience I have ever had. From setting up my accounts to closing my car loan. They picked up the ball and corrected Major errors that the car dealership was unwilling to admit or correct. Awesome people, Awesome experience, Awesome Bank

Julie in the Contact Center was extremely helpful. I was dealing with an issue regarding a check that was rejected (turns out it was illegible via mobile deposit). Julie was the only person that truly took the time to find this information out for me and I was very grateful. Turns out I just have to process it at the bank.

I made my payment over the phone on the due date unfortunately the guy who was helping me put it into the wrong account. I was very upset seeing how this was was my first payment on my car loan. Vanessa let me vent my frustrations and assured me that she would speak with her manager and get this taken care of asap. I appreciate her speedy help in clearing this up. I am not one who makes late payments on my accounts and it is important to me to be within good standing. Vanessa will also be giving me a follow call.

Bonnie was very helpful and understanding concerning the difficulties I am having with my solar installation. She even followed up the next day to tell me what had been done concerning my situation. I’m not sure how this is all going to turn out, but she was kind and understanding.

Michelle and her management team spent a considerable amount of time to help me square away a small business banking question. Nice to know at least one bank still takes great customer service seriously. Definitely went above and beyond.

Lindsay at the metro west branch was so helpful!!! She was attentive, kind and efficient!!! I was in a hurry and needed a new debit card before running out of town and she helped me get a new one and quickly got me out the door! Thank you again!

Mr. Chris was very Awesome with helping me with my account problem. I have called the bank dozens of times and Mr. Chris was the first person that went above and beyond to help me. He has great Customer Service and is a great asset to Addition Financial.

After dealing with TWO agents who did not help with an International charge that was blocked, I spoke with TESSA. TESSA was so helpful and I am most appreciative. I spoke with the other agents over a span of 2 days, but decided to give just ONE more call, because I feared loosing my reservation. I can't THANK TESSA enough. TESSA found that my card had been shut down because the charge was marked as fraudulent (the other agents never mentioned this). TESSA unblocked my account and set my travel dates. I am HAPPY to say I received an email that my payment went through and I am now set to travel and celebrate my 50th BIRTHDAY!!!!! THANK YOU TESSA. Because of you, I am getting my BIRTHDAY WISH!!

From teachers credit union to Addition financial services boy this bank has fallen. Aren't credit unions supposed to be for the people? Not anymore now charging bogus fees and charging nonsense to depositors is more important to this bank now. Will have to change accounts very soon, if your looking for a good credit union keep looking you won't find one here. That really makes me mad and sad, because another used to be a good bank bites the dust. Poorly run bank.

I contacted customer service twice today; the first time I was on hold for 45 minutes and after waiting so long did not get my issue resolved. I am currently on hold again for the same issue and thus far still on hold over 30 minutes. Please hire more customer service representatives to answer your phones.

5/25/22 So glad I am done with this institution, they care nothing for the people that bank with them. I traded in my car I had financed with them, they received the check for the payoff, and it was short $88.03, so they told me they wouldn't pay off the loan. I told them we got the amount off of my account, the lady I spoke with told me that we should have called first to get a payoff amount, I told her it was a Saturday afternoon and no one answered, she said she couldn't help that, but would contact the dealership and ask for the difference, but till the new check came I would continue to get charges. I went up to the branch and they weren't any more helpful. I mean really how greedy is a company when you are holding a check for over $13,000.00, and refuse to accept the payment because it is $88.03 short. If times aren't hard enough, I fell behind on my car loan, when my husband had multiple health issues in the last year. When I call to make a payment, they are snippy and short tempered and try to bully me into making a double payment even if I don't have the money. They claim they are there to help, but no one has ever discussed how to help, all they want to do is ask when the next payment will be made. Horrible customer service.

My experience with Renee in Contact Center was fabulous! She was attentive and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns for a new account. If I had a question, she always provided an answer and if she didn’t have the answers she explained that she would find out for me. My overall experience with Renee was a great one. I would definitely recommend her to answer all of your new accounts questions and concerns. She was sure to communicate the entire process of opening a new account in the beginning of our conversation. I then know what to expect from the experience. Management should give her a raise, quality customer service is very hard to come by now a days. She is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 star.

This is the primary business center for CFE and the bank is located around the corner. You need to follow the signs, it’s easy to get to and there’s plenty of parking. I was there around noon time and only a couple of customers were inside. The staff was friendly, helpful and my transaction was handled very quickly. I recommend this location and I would use it again if I was in the area.

My kids had a small savings account here for the past few years. I was trying to set up online banking/direct deposit for their account. I went to 3 different branches and no one could help me. I was told to go online and figure it out. I tried explaining that I couldn’t set up the online account because I had a previous personal account and it kept pulling up my last account, I was told that that they didn’t know what to tell me. I was also charged $10 for changing my address and not informing them that I moved. After going to the Longwood, Sanford and Lake Mary branch for help I decided to close the accounts and went to my primary bank. My bank set everything up on the spot and went above to help us out. After this experience I would never use this bank again.

From the start, Karen was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly she would return my phone call as soon as possible. She has a beautiful smile in her voice. The only thing I would suggest is she didn't mention the life and death insurance for my loan. I would definitely call Additions again for any of my banking needs.

I reached out to addition financial To get an auto loan and got a hold of Karen. Karen gave me an Unbelievable Buying experience, I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime but this by far has been the easiest and simplest it was very easy to work with her we conversed by phone as well as by email Karen made this experience the only route I would ever go to make any Automotive purchases. Karen walked me through the sales process from A-to-Z and when I had questions she was available to answer them right away, she even got on the phone and spoke with the dealership as needed to assure me that the process went smoothly. This is the way auto buying should be in the future this is the only way I will make an automatic purchase and hopefully I can deal with Karen or someone just as good, thank you for the very professional experience Karen you rock keep up the good work!!!

Margie has been exceptional with my Total Loss claim. She has taken the steps to ensure the process moved smoothly. She took care of all documents with all insurance policies. I extremely appreciate Margie, she made me very comfortable and trusting in the process.

I had an issue with Addition Financial paying one of my bill pay accounts multiple times which caused overdraft issues with my account. I called and spoke with Beverly who went above and beyond to assure me that the issue had been resolved and my bill would be paid on time. She also offered to assist with the overdraft issues. This was my very first encounter with the call center. I was greeted by a pleasant lady by the name of Tangie. I was unfamiliar with the banking centers payment practices and she was very patient and walked me through all of my payment options and stayed on the phone with me until my payment posted. I am very pleased that I spoke with someone who involved the CUSTOMER in the service provided.

Customer service is good. Nothing special The bank itself as a whole is a scam. I have never missed a payment and I have late fees and they are saying I'm behind on payments.. false. Auto pay since i opened the loan. Bank is sketchy. Never sent me any information when I opened the account. Not even a bill. Not an email. Nothing

Paid off my car loan a week ago. Although everything is electronic, it’s taking forever to get the lien released so I can’t trade in my car as planned. Customer service is no help.

AWFUL customer service at Member Services. After 3 phone calls and long wait times... 1st call at 14 mins 50 secs; 2nd call at 27 mins 23 secs and 3rd call at 30 mins 36 secs ... NO RESOLUTION!
