We was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and Yolanda Moreno (Member Service Representative) was just absolutely amazing with getting us approved for our loan. Yolanda took the time to break down every option we had available to us. Also, her communication was stellar, and she kept us updated throughout the process. Any question we had Yolanda was right there to answer. Once the LORD point us to our vehicle that we wanted the process was seamless. Like most of us, I don’t often have to go inside my bank. Ben Cherif provided me with outstanding service with a smile! He helped me quickly resolve an issue with my debit card and pin card. He is an excellent representative of the credit union, personable and professional. Ask for him when you’re in this branch. Old fashioned good customer service is still alive and well!

There’s an associate by the name of Ben Cherif there who handled my transfer visit perfectly. He sat me down, got my information, and within minutes I was out of the door. He showed professionalism and courtesy from the waiting room to his office. Exceptional service from him. Hoping to go to him again for my next visit.

The staff at this location is always great but today was by far my best experience at The drive-thru. Ben-Cherif took care of me and he has the most positive attitude of anyone I’ve met. I went to Addition financial at Metro west branch for a loan, with the assistance of Yolanda Moreno. Her service was very excellent. I would recommend her to anyone that needs good service.

Everything you don’t want from a bank High interest (loan sharking) once you run your credit you fear another hit will cause your score to decrease and you settle for their terms. Don’t do it Creative fees Additional financial has a fee for everything and unlike modern banks, they will not work with you. Your money is theirs. Fine line law practices Your payments, although submitted on time, are considered “scheduled” and not applied. This allows them to wait many days to withdrawal your payment and apply it. When they do this, they will apply a late fee which they claim is “legal” based off of the verbiage they use. Submit a payment ahead of time/due date expecting the funds not to be withdrawn until the usual time period and they will for sure withdrawal within the usual 2022 accepted amount of time. Banks need your money which is known but this bank considers it theirs when you are doing business. I really hope this reaches the correct people that can make a difference and make this bank fold. It’s operations a borderline illegal and irresponsible sposible to a healthy society.

Lindsay Hardwick was my teller today...thank God!! She was sooo helpful. I almost gave up on Additions but thanks to Lindsay. She was an 😇. She actually asked me all the right questions and treated me like a human being...yes, I let my guards down because I came to the conclusion that the typical "Additions attitude" did Not run off on her. This woman deserves a freaking promotion and a bonus!!! You go Lindsay!!!!

Mr.Ben Cherif was kind.He helps me a lot when I deposit my check. Overall Addition Financial has a good services for the customers.

I went into the Kirkman branch today.. I was helped by Lindsay 🙌🏽 She was really nice. She had a great spirit ❤️ In which a co worker came over to take a look he was very nice as well but I didn’t catch his name.

Mrs. Florence Ramos-Santos the Branch Manager for the MW branch is a Gem. She is a very helpful & knowledgeable person. Her personality is very contagious. She took the time out to educate me on refinancing my home for a lower APR. The application was very easy & didn't take long to fill out. If it had not been for her bringing this to my attention I wouldn't have known my options available to me as a consumer. Thank you Mrs. Florence!!!! Happy Holidays.

Addition Bank at Metrowest is simply the best bank branch in the area. The staff take their time to give each customer the attention. Every time I go to the bank, I go inside for my transactions. Because although the service is just as excellent at the drive-thru, I enjoy meeting my banking partners. I must also thank Janice for always going above and beyond in her level of service. Shawel is the best! She takes her time and works with me through each transaction. I also must mention how amazing Yolanda is.
