Recently a few weeks ago, I bought a new 2023 Acura Integra from Acura of Wappingers Falls, NY. The overall process was simple, easy and really efficient. I’m very happy with the new Integra and really feel like I was taken care of very well by the staff at Acura. I would highly recommend Acura if Wappingers Falls!

I just leased a 2021 Acura RDX from Acura of Wappingers Falls on 01/19/22. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Alex from sales was excellent, honest and friendly. He made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend him and will definitely do business with him again. The manager Jason was also excellent and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ experience.

We are totally thrilled and in love with our brand new 2022 MDX Sport. We have been 3x Acura vehicle owners now and will always buy Acura vehicles. We have never had any issues with our vehicles and love how it drives. Our sales woman Riann went above & beyond for us from every aspect of our purchase. She was very friendly, helpful, accommodating & was always available to handle any and all question or concerns. Very happy with the entire experience. I arrived on a Sunday knowing which two cars I wanted to look at. Alex M. had them ready for me to test drive right away and didn’t pressure me at all. He showed us the mechanic notes for the used 2016 I was interested in. The process really was as low stress and painless as it could be considering such a huge commitment. I went here to program a module on my car which was done correctly. But this dealership is very dishonest when it comes to getting vehicle service. I was told that the module didn't clear the airbag light, which it totally did clear it. It took about 15-25 to program this type of module that they charged me 209 plus tax, so they kept me there long enough to let me feel it's worth $209 for me to wait for them to over charge me. I was also told its about $120 per hour to replace the module under the front seat,, which I did it myself in 3 minutes smh. The service agent tired to tell me I need additional diagnostic for $419, that they did and try to tell me I need it to fully understand further possible issue with my car. I had a local mechanic diagnose my car with a expensive computer that was able to program some keys to my car. We found no issues.. Fyi I was able to pass state inpection People be aware of unwanted service charges that they recommend, Recommend does not mean you need it or want it. It's a suggestion for them to swindle your money out you pocket.

I had an amazing experience with Acura of Wappingers Falls. I went in to trade my car for a Hyundai Elantra.Tara did an amazing job helping me with this process and making it seamless. She was very polite, professional , and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I can’t thank Tara enough for everything that she has done. The best experience purchasing a car I’ve ever had. My previous TL was recently totaled in an accident and finding a preowned Acura on Long Island these days proved difficult. I found the car I wanted online, but it was in Wappinger’s Falls, NY over 2 hours away. Undeterred, I called anyway and am so glad I did! I was greeted very warmly and professionally by Alyssa. She offered to send me additional photos of the vehicle and did so immediately, including video of the vehicle’s exterior & interior. She even let me know of one small cosmetic imperfection in case it wasn’t clear in the pictures. I put a deposit on the car and was assured a refund if I made the drive up there and for whatever reason, wasn’t happy. Alex was my salesperson; he was so personable and incredibly helpful. He took care of everything with my insurance company, transferring my prior policy and registration seamlessly. Upon arrival, the car was beautifully detailed and looked brand new, with a full tank of gas. Alex took the time to show me some of the vehicle’s newer tech features, synced my phone and programmed a few things that would have taken me hours to derive from the owner’s manual. Jason, the finance manager, was a pleasure to deal with as well, thorough and very efficient. This dealership is fantastic from first impression to after-sale. Alex checked in with me the next day to make sure I arrived home safely and see how I liked the car. Of course, I LOVE it. I not only got a great deal but was treated so wonderfully and compassionately at a very difficult time. And that, especially in today’s world, is priceless.

I live almost 2 hours from Acura of Wappingers Falls. I was referred to them by another dealer. Our communications were entirely over the phone, which can make anyone a little hesitant. I delt with Daniel and Alex., they were both honest, accommodating and professional. Not only did they offer me the best deal, they also delivered the car straight to me.

Went in to Wappingers Acura to explore my options on a lease that was expiring end of June 2022. Alex explained every option and how each one would benefit me. Ended up leasing a new 2022 RDX. The entire staff was courteous and explained all details. This is the fifth car that I have leased from Acura Wappingers and love all the time and attention they give to customers even in the service department.

Don’t go here for service. There tech that work on the vehicle will take parts off your car and switch them out for junk ones. They took my friends clear Acura TL headlight assembly’s and out fogged over old ones back in think she wouldn’t notice and left her with a ripped off bumper and some other various things. All that for an oil change because she had a coupon for it. Smh. Definitely avoid this place until they get there techs right. How pathetic can you be

These guys were great. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the most enjoyable car buying process I have ever experienced. From the salesman Brian Demersky who knew the car and its technology inside and out (he took my wife into the car and explained all the features in detail, set her memory seats to her liking and even paired our cell phones to the vehicle), to the manager Phil Giorgio who came up with the best purchasing option for us, to the finance manager Kevin Smith who was clear, honest and transparent with the numbers, this process from start to finish was unlike any other car buying experience I have had. The figures given to me, were the actual numbers we paid out the door. Would highly recommend, and they obviously sell a great product. My first Acura, and will definitely not be my last.

My wife and I were looking to replace a car that was totaled. In this mid 2021 atmosphere there isn’t much to choose from, and dealers are hurting just as much as the customers. We really didn’t know what we wanted and Christina spent a lot of time with us . Not only was she patient in helping us find what was the best fit for us, but she explained all the features and nuances of every car that we looked at. She is professional, no pressure, and goes above and beyond for her customers!

I bought a TSX a few years ago, paying cash really too higher price, they gave me carfax paper which said no accident it was not original just a copy, a few months later I found a map crack in the paint rear passenger side, I went they took the car sent body shop to fix, later happen again, same thing they did. Actually same crack I complain again, I dropped off the car they sent to bodyshop, the bodyshop want charge me 1500.00 to fix. Acura don’t respond. I bought at Dealership because I thought they were more responsible than another place but it is worse because they have too many people that have to talk and not one face the problem. MY OPINION IT IS HORRIBLE PLACE. When you ask for “ ANSWER I DON’T KNOW, I WAS NOT HERE BY THIS TIME “. If you want buy used Car go we somebody expert to check out the car, forget it about CARFAX.

Friendly and professional, handled all transactions (Insurance, registration, & finalizing Loan) quickly and efficiently. But could have notified me a little more; I didn't receive a call, letting me know the loan was approved; instead I received a call from the insurance company confirming the transfer. Although I knew to bring it in, I was never told to bring in the title for the trade-in. So she just need to communicate more, but guess no news s good news. Overall I'm a satisfied customer. I first called in to Wappingers Falls Acura based on a used Acura TLX they had advertised. It was a great price and I had been shopping and comparing this car/model/year for quite a while. I wrote in and had a person named Alyssa contact me back. She was professional, cheerful, smart and really great with communication. Based on her responses I was connected with the final sales person Riann. Riann was also professional, prompt, knowledgeable and cheerful too. I had test driven the car at other dealerships so I didn’t need to do this, but Riann was open to me coming by…the dealership was far so I decided to put down a deposit, ask them to install some extras like a spoiler, and hoped I had made a good decision. Riann was amazing providing me updates of the extras being installed and sent me pictures events. she seemed like she was as excited for the car as I was. On the day of pickup I got another picture of the car all cleaned, waxed and shiny with a caption..”a full tank of gas and just waiting for ya”….it was a pleasure…in and out..no endless upsells…no “hidden fees” …would recommend and buy from Riann and this sales staff again 100%.

Went with my father to assist him in purchasing a vehicle. Salesperson was very nice and accommodating and after test driving we were looking to further the process. They valued his trade in and my father felt the offer they gave him was quite low so asked to see if they could do any better. They came back and told us that they spoke to the owner and he said he no longer was going to offer him the original value but now 500 dollars less then was originally offered. If that wasn’t bad enough, I liked the car and was also shopping for my girlfriend at the time so I figured we would give them another chance. We stopped back at the dealership to look at the same exact vehicle we test drove the other day. The salesperson then informed me after the test drive that they were now selling the vehicle for $2,000 more then they were 2 days ago. When asked if they would honor the price from a couple days ago they said they would not budge on the new price. Terrible way to do business and a loss of two customers.

Just bought a TLX from these guys. The saleswoman, Riann, was very helpful in showing me, and going over the car. This is the first new car I bought form a dealership and she was very clear and thorough about the whole process. Love my car and enjoyed doing business with these guys.

Great experience at Acura of Wappingers Falls. Salesperson Scott Danielle was very attentive, recommended a great CPO Acura and was efficient with every aspect of the sale. I then dealt with the Sales Manager Dan who was also extremely professional and friendly and went out of his way to make sure the vehicle and experience were both great. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle (which we know can sometimes be a grueling process) I was very pleasantly surprised. The finance Manager Carlo had me in finance in a timely fashion, recommended some great protection packages for my vehicle, that always pay for themselves these days, and got me in and out of finance quickly! Loved the car but a remote start was a must for me and when they said they could install it. Sold!! Everyone was great. They made the process so easy from start to finish. No unexpected surprises. Walking in to buy my car, Tara immediately greeted me and quickly got a test car to drive in. I didn’t plan to purchase I originally went to look but I couldn’t be more pleased with what I got. Purchased what I thought was a nice used car from this dealership. Been there several times for service (red flags). “Not once” did they offer a “loaner car” yet this is something they do, but it’s booked in advance supposedly. How do you book in advance, seems ridiculous - you don’t know when your vehicle is going to have issues! My other vehicle was purchased from the Friendly Honda dealership. When I took my vehicle to Friendly Honda, they had a loaner car for me no problems whatsoever. I would never make a purchase from here again, or any other Acura dealership. Customer service is zero.

Had the best experience here. I was currently in a Jeep altitude lease with Chrysler Capital. I could not wait to get out and go back to Japanese. My 1st time leasing an American and it was nothing but problems mechanical wise & customer service wise. My lease was up soon & I was looking to going back to Honda. I recently purchased an older model Civic SI which had a few issues. I brought it to a Honda Dealership and they were unable to diagnose the problem. So I decided to give Acura of Wappingers Falls a call and spoke with Service Associate Joseph Anzovino who assured me that his technicians would be able to diagnose my vehicle’s issues. I brought my car in that morning (yesterday) and I just picked it up an hour ago with my issues fixed. I was also surprised that the price I was charged for the service was VERY REASONABLE. Walked in to purchase a car. A gentlemen approached to see what we needed. We specifically asked about a car we researched and he sent over a young women who was great but unfortunaltely was new and was inecperienced with the sale and the cars. She repeatedly had to approach the same man who initially spoke to us with our questions. I feel like they didn't take us serious strictly because we were two females walking in to buy a car. Recently bought a pre-owned car here. I was really impressed about how they went over it with a fine tooth comb and made sure there were no issues with it. They replaced an airbag that was recalled and put new tires and brakes pads on....all at no charge. When I left, I had new oil and gas. Considering that this was an "as is" purchase, I feel they went the extra mile to ensure I was getting into a car that I would not have to worry about at all. I really felt confident in what I was buying!! If you stop buy, ask to see Mansoor Ali. He will take car of you.

WARNING, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I spent hours here speaking with a very nice sales rep who made it seem as if everything was fine. I spent most of my free afternoon filling out paperwork and waiting for an employe to “run the numbers” to be sure I qualify for the vehicle I put a deposit on. I was approved, but for some reason the pick up date kept getting delayed. Weeks later I get a call saying they didn’t actually “run the numbers” and that the price of the vehicle had actually increased $3000. They weren’t willing to work with me or give me an explanation as to why it increased. Needless to say I did not get the vehicle. I explained the situation to my parents and friends who then leave a bad review. A few days later they get a call from the dealership who then proceeds to give out my information on the situation to “clear up” they bad review they received. What a horrible company, I did NOT give them permission to discuss the matter with anyone. I am thinking about filing a lawsuit regarding privacy disclosures. This dealership needs to get they’re stuff together and make sure they have they’re information correct before trying to make deals with their clients.

To start, the sales manager Phil is great to work with and will make sure you get the car you want at the right price. The sales associates are thorough, friendly, and extremely helpful. They make sure everything you need to have handled when purchasing a vehicle is done for you. I worked with both Eddie & Shelley and they were both an absolute delight. The financial manager Kevin is organized, quick, and funny which makes him great to work with. Finally, one of the benefits of leasing a new Acura with this dealership is that you get free oil changes for the length of the lease as well as a free yearly inspection, and the service associate Niel is phenomenal.
