We bought two Hunters Roof umbrellas from this place at the outdoor show in Harrisburg and both leaked like a sieve. We found that out on the first day of PA deer season. I contacted active outdoors on Monday and Jim got back to me the same day. Jim told me most of the umbrellas leak and told me he would seal two of those up with e6000 sealant and ship me two out right away the next day. A week and a half later I never received them. He also promised to send me two of the new design that they're coming out with in the spring the leak-proof ones. I tried calling him and texting him several times . He talks about how good his Facebook reviews are but we all know how his Facebook reviews can be edited by him.
