Everyone I came into contact with was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I was especially impressed with Diane, our initial processor. She was readily available to speak with me on the phone and she answered emails with lightning speed. I have never received a response so quickly from any company with which I have worked. Charles Otto, the attorney who facilitated our closing, was also wonderful. He thoroughly explained the process to us and answered our questions with patience and kindness.
