I have purchased and sold several items at this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Demarco and Pablo treated me very fairly everytime. This is my go to place if I'm looking for a great deal or if I need a little cash. Thank you all

overall it's a pretty good pawn shop they do about 30% of the actual worth of whatever you're trying to take a loan out on I was a little disappointed I went in with about $1,500 worth of Milwaukee tools to get a $600 loan and they could only offer $300 so I ultimately decided not to go with that option the staff is friendly and if they had a huge selection of stuff to buy but the prices on their selection honestly weren't much lower than retail I think they have room for improvement but overall it was a good experience.

Price gouging, totally ridiculous. I went in to buy a mower there was a 20 in really old lawn mower they had a price tag of $55 on it. She said oh they just changed the prices it's $85 now. This is just wrong. I wont ever go back to any. Action Pawn

They will only offer 4% of the current price of silver. Go to a jeweler to get the fair market price! They don't feed you the BS of "Oh, but we have to pay to melt it down :(" Action Pawn sells their silver/gold to the same people and do not have to pay any "melt down" costs.

Will not go there again they are very rude!!! And are very uptight on there mask policy I explained I had health issues they still refused to serve me very disappointed in my visit.....

Worst customer service experience I have received from a business! I was offended by the little girl behind the counter. I recommend finding another location to do business with! I am totally frustrated with the way I was ! Hopefully you will receive better service if you decide to visit this location. Plenty of parking available due to lack of patrons when I was there.

I have traded with this location for several years. Even with changes management, the service has been consistently good and the store always has very good prices....they usually get it right. The latest management is excellent also. I just bought a Canadian Seagull Acoustic guitar that is perfect for a very good price during their March clearances. The people I see writing bad reviews are usually talking about isolated incidents or a policy matter that they happen to not like. I'd rather shop guitars, tools, guns, TV's, and other electronics here than the big chains.

Called in to pay extension. They said we cant take payments over the phone. I work out of town. So that was an easy way to keep my property. Super sneaky.. I had just made an extension with another pawn shop 10 min. Before. But action pawn said that their card system does not allow over the phone payments. This is a lack of customer service and I was not pleased and now I have possibly lost my property over this.

Very helpful staff I've pawned with action pawn for years, and the one on North Bryant in San Angelo is the best one yet. They will work with you if you're going to be late, you just have to call them and let them know what's going on. In short they are wonderful helpful people.

The manager was very helpful, I will definitely be back because of her .
