Just went in to open an account and was denied because of a charge off at another place. Thought ya’ll didn’t turn nobody away? Well your loss i’ll take my money and my business somewhere else!

Been banking here for years got a terrible auto rate, Suncoast gave me more than half a better rate never banked with them till now.

Charge a $10 monthly fee if you forget to change your address. Higher monthly fees than what we pay at our other bank - what a racket! Did not have this issue with our other accounts at another bank. Customer service has been terrible from the start. Moving funds to our other bank asap.

I've been with this branch for many years but can no longer recommend them. Their "24 Hour" drive thru ATM constantly has issues. Repeatedly over the past couple of years it's either undergoing maintenance, or you get an error message "this transaction is unavailable at this time". I've had this while trying to both withdraw and deposit money. Their 24 hour ATM use to be inside, and I can't remember a single time it didn't function properly while this was the case. Now they have a single drive up ATM outside and as I've stated it's never ending problems. They clearly don't care about this issue as it hasn't been resolved in literal years, so if access to your money is important to you it's best to look elsewhere. They don't seem to understand what their role is in the bank/customer relationship, it appears they believe giving you access to your own money is a privilege not an obligation.

So I went to change the picture on my debit card at this location and this lady with black long hair working on a Saturday, changed my card. Everything well until I went to purchase food and it came declined. WHY? because this woman wrote the WRONG EXPIRATION DATE on my card! Now I got to be without money all weekend because they can’t even fix it on the weekend... THANK YOU ACHIEVA! I will be going to another credit union.

Stay away from this branch. It's not just one mistake and they say how sorry they are. It is the multiple mistakes that they make. I will be looking for another bank soon. Don't trust them, there is always an excuse. Check and recheck your receipts and your paper work and online banking continually. Oh, and make sure that they give you your ID back also.

Left Wells Fargo for Achieva due to their support for the violence against the water protectors of the Keystone pipeline. I've multiple accounts here and a MC which was the only, only reliable credit card I could use overseas without a charge denial even with a Capital One card. Any problems I had with a suspicious transaction was immediately handled over the phone. They do keep an key on your card and will deny a large suspicious charge. If it is you trying to use the card, just call them to clear it. They do have a co-op agreement with banks all over the country so if you are traveling, you can still withdraw money without a fee. Their app will help you find a bank with the city's name or zipcode. Do keep a close eye on your monthly statements & add some money, $1, in savings account/s every 4-5 months or they will stick you with a $10 "Inactive Fee" per month if there is no "activity" of adding or taking out $ during a 6 mo period. Overall, I am very happy with Achieva.

Not sure what they are up to but gathering private info from non customers should be illegal. They wouldn't let me drop off a deposit that I was doing for a member as a favor without me giving them my drivers license. Absolutely no need for my license as I'm not doing anything other than dropping off a deposit. I am not a member and nor will I ever be. I was told this is a new policy and that I'm not allowed to see it. Branch assistant manager was rude and basically told me to just deal with it. I went to the regional manager and was told the same thing.. Sooo..Make sure you get the pizza guys drivers license when he drops off your pizza. Sounds crazy...because it is crazy.

This is definitely the best bank/credit union ever! Went in today, they opened the door for me. Asked me if I wanted coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while I waited to open an account. Hot Chocolate is very delicious by the way! The staff was really awesome and friendly. They answered any questions I had. Made me feel at home while waiting by constantly handing out handy brochures and assuring me someone would be right with me. Left with a smile, a savings, and checking account opened. Definitely will return again. Bank of America has some competition because I might fully switch to Achieva. Would give 10/5 stars if I could!
