Achieva Credit Union E Lake Rd, Palm Harbor

Previous experience was honestly pretty good, but I’m not sure what’s happened to this credit union in the last couple of years but the attitude I have received from the last 2 individuals I’ve spoken to was pretty consistent with terrible customer service. I wasn’t going to write anything initially because, well what’s the point, it was one rude person?, but now that it’s happened a second time I believe it’s worth noting that the culture is to blame, not the person. Sad to see them seemingly go downhill like this, culturally speaking.

I am a little disapointed today at the Service I got. Really easy to, I just wanted Change for the Market on Sunday. Said 50 x 1 Dollar and 10 X 5 Dollar Bills, that is easy right. Well when I came Home what I had in my Envelope was 50 x 1 Dollar and 2 x 5 Dollar. You would think someone working at a Bank would get that right. So who has the extra Work and Time, me. I am not happy right now. So in the Morning I have to change all my Plans to fix this now. Thanks a lot Achieva.

If you want to run around and have half of your day wasted, and deal with less than competent staff, join Achieva! Here, you’ll jump through hoops for your own money. Thanks Kay for wasting half my day.

I have been a member for at least 35 or 40 years and you guys are 5 Star 🌟

Normally, only the people who complain write their comments where they can be read. However, I have to say that my recent dealings with Achieva both at this location and the Land O'Lakes office have been superior. They have handled many business transactions for us. The most recent one was for the sale of our SUV, which had an outstanding loan. They made the process simple and quick so that the buyer could get the vehicle ASAP.

I walked in today to open up a checking account. She asked if it's okay to pull my credit information. I asked specifically what the credit information was for. She replied, "to verify your information is actually you, there's other ways of doing it, but we do it this way." She then said we couldn't open up a checking account due to my score and I said I thought it didn't matter? Her response: "yes, it does I just told you." Not once did she tell me she's pulling my score or explained why she needed my score all she said was to verify that I am who I am. Now thanks to her lying my credit is now dinged. Liars.

Been banking with achieva for 14 years and everyone I ever encountered there were amazing!

Please open more branches close to Tampa. There are none, all are in St.Pete or Clearwater area and one in Lutz.

I have not been able to communicate, in tampa there is not a single bank, they do not have anyone in Spanish for good care, lousy I think q, I am no longer in this bank.
