    Second time here for oil change at Quick line Strongly recommend don’t call for any appointment if you call dose not matter how many times, answer is employee shortage. So please just go there it’s Quick Line. Not on the phone but at auto shop they treat you like V.I.P. Customer.

    Brett Campbell and staff were excellent in servicing my F150 with major repairs including a timing chain and turbocharger. He called me every step of the way, letting me know the diagnosis, progress, and cost required. I wanted to go with a place that knew my vehicle in and out, and I was not disappointed. I am grateful for quality and knowledgeable technicians during a time in which it is hard to find great work. ACE is the real deal!

We did not buy out vehicles here but I can say that the next time we are in the market, the service team should get credit for the sale because we will come here!

    Have always had a great experience here when I was purchasing and leasing vehicles. Had some scratches on a truck that I was leasing and they did a great job in getting the scratches out. Not only did a great job on the actual service but were also very flexible in when they could take my truck. Very friendly and customer focused.

    We brought our car in for an oil change and service and ended up getting $1400 worth of work done, mostly just maintenance. When we dropped the car off it was running perfectly and we never had any issues. When I picked it up I noticed the heat was not working. They had me bring it back in and told me there was probably just an air bubble in the coolant system. They “fixed” the problem and on my way home the heat stopped working. I ended up having to bring my car back in and they told me it needs a new pump and wouldn’t be done for four days. We called back to ask for a rental and spoke to service who expressed no concern for our issues and told us there were no cars available. Now, I’ve worked at a dealership before and my dad is a manager at an automall and has been for 30 years, this was handled way wrong. I know there is always a way to get a loaner for a costumer especially one who had to bring their car back twice after spending $1400 for an issue that was most likely caused by the tech. They could have just forked out the $30 a day for a rental but instead they are losing years and years of business from a responsible car owner who always get the recommended service. The costumer service has just been terrible and this will be our last time bringing our car to this dealership. We love supporting local business and this brings us no joy but we feel as though we were not valued at all. I would also like to add, Mark our service writer was great. He was not there on the days we had issues.

    We took our daughter's 2014 Ford Focus in for service last month. The "check engine light" was on and it was occasionally shuddering. Specific transmission hardware and parts are covered under extended warranty. We were immediately told by one of the technicians that the part may not be covered, but they would run diagnostics and follow-up with us. Later that day, a technician called to advise that the car needed a new transmission and it was not covered by the extended warranty. Needless to say, we were flabbergasted! After 2 days of back and forth conversations with 2 different technicians, who only gave us 2 options - (1) new transmission, or (2) transmission overhaul - we decided to take the car to another Ford dealership for a second opinion. The 2nd Ford dealership immediately diagnosed the issue as a faulty transmission control module, which IS covered under warranty. We drove the car home later that day and have had no issues since then. I sent an email to the service manager at Ace Ford, along with a copy of the service invoices from Ace Ford recommending new transmission or overhaul, as well as the service invoice from the other Ford dealership showing the repair work for the TCM. I never received the courtesy of a response to my email. In addition to this, earlier this year, I took my son's 2018 Ford Focus to Ace Ford because the interior overhead light was not working and I was charged over $700 because they told me it was an electrical issue, which took time to diagnosis, etc. In hindsight, I wish I would've taken his car for a 2nd opinion before paying. I now have no faith in the competency of the technicians at this dealership. I'll drive the few extra miles to Turnersville or Cherry Hill to get our cars serviced in the future.

    I have 2020 F250 Lariat 6.7 Diesel. I took it to Ace for a leak that water would collect in the passenger floor board. The carpet smelled like mildew and I requested it be replaced. After all it probably leaked after every rain for a year and half. I just so happen to notice when cleaning the truck. Anyway, the service department was aware of a bulletin that Ford put out of a known issue. Ford should have done a recall but they didn’t. Ace Ford had my vehicle for 4 days for fixed the leak but never replaced the carpet, stating the tech never smelled mildew or seen mold. I can’t believe they never ever cleaned the carpet or pad. But like I told them in an email. Ford quality has fallen and I need to lower my expectations. I take my truck to Ace Ford out of convince not quality or workmanship.     I needed to get 2 issues fixed on my 2009 Ford Fusion, both recall issues. I called Ace Ford first (even though I didn't purchase this vehicle from them) and was blown away by their customer service. They immediately scheduled my appointment and took no time at all to fix the recall issues; calling me every step of the way to let me know how the repairs were coming along and when I could expect my car back.     I put in a price request twice with them on their magical "request today's price". ZERO response. Most dealers would be back in email in seconds! Tonight (hours after my 2nd request), they mark the SUV up $3000 for "Fair Market Adjustment"! lol. Did you really think that consumer aren't on to you? Scumbags!!

    Had my car in at Ace Ford to have two more recalls taken care of over the past couple of days. The techs did an amazing job and finished both recalls in a timely manner. I dealt with Justin when dropping my car off and picking it up, he was both professional and pleasant to deal with. I would not have any problem taking my car back to the shop if needed in the future.

    Ace Ford does not care about it's customers. They have had my truck for almost two months since July 8th 2021 for warranty work. Parts are delayed for yet another month as of now. I kept asking for a loaner vehicle they kept saying they can't. They have only tried to help with the delayed parts as much as the warranty allows them despite my special circumstances. Which involved moving across the country. I was technically homeless and my wife and kids moved to stay with her parents. While I basically bummed couches. Until I decided to pay an exorbitant amount of money to move all belongs that my truck was supposed to move. I was paying for an apartment across the country that I was not living in because of ACE and Ford motor company's lack of empathy. My newborn son went weeks without seeing his father simply because the owner Christopher did not want to go out of his way to help. Thanks to ACE and Ford motor company I am in debt and have suffered. If you care about your family do NOT patronize ACE.

    Best vehicle purchasing experience with Ace Ford. Been very busy with work and had very limited time. Mark Straup was able to help out and hook it up with timely assistance. I gave them a deadline on what time I had to leave and had time to spare. Painless buying process, everyone was extremely helpful and personable. Even their finance guy Anthony was nice to talk to.     The service required and the service manager were great. Our 2020 Ford Escape with barely 1400 miles on the odometer died - absolutely NO power at all in our driveway minutes before we were off to NW NJ for the day. Glad it failed us at home and not on the road. I was assured it would not re-occur and are hopeful it does not happen again, since we have plans for a longer trips south to Florida soon. I am enjoying my first experience with a hybrid car and still learning. Other than that, the sales (Lyle et al) and service at Ace were excellent!
