I've been to ace plenty of times to cash business checks with all my paper work from the STATE OF COLORADO she immediately turned me away calling me a liar with all my paper work my id MY SOCIAL CARD! asking poitlntless things like well why are you cashing it here well who used to cash well well well she waisted my time just to Have me find a different company when I've been using you guys for a year straight she was lazy rude incompetent told me "I WAS TALKING FAST BUT NOT SAYING NOTHING SO JUST STOP" SHE WAS TRYING TO BULLY ME AS I'M A YOUNG 23 YO BUSINESS OWNER AND SHE JUST DIDNT WANT TO HELP OUT SHE WENT AS FAR AS TELLING ME I WAS "GIVING A FAKE SOCIAL NUMBRR AND CARD!! SHE DIDN'T CARE THAT SHE WAS KEEPINH FOOD FROM MY STOMACH GAS FROM MY VEHICKE CLOTHES FOR MY BACK PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. I'M GOING TODAY TO FIND AN HOMEST PLACE THAT'LL LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND AND KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN STATE PAPERS ARE HANDED TO THEM! RACHEL SHOULD BE FIRED I'LL BE OK CONTACT WITH CORPORATE EMAIL AND LEAVING VOICE MAIL ALL WEEK.

    Called to ask about the loans and was told by Rachel that she could not go over that on the phone but i could go in and look at the board they have. She was rude. Told her i would take my business else where.
