    Ms Lisa was exceptional her customer service skills were above excellent she went a live and beyond to see to it that I was assisted in a timely manner.. I was greeted upon entering with a pleasant smile as well 12/11/2021 upon entering the establishment I was again greeted with smiles and warm greetings. I was assisted right away by Ms Shanae and she was extremely helpful and kind. Her customer service was amazing and I will be returning

    They have people working that does not have clearance to cash checks and when they call out to a person who does they can’t get in contact with the RA. It’s very inconvenient to have someone who cannot complete the job without calling and can’t reach there contact to handle the business. Now they can’t cash a check because she don’t have clearance this doesn’t make any sense
