    Update: It was a misunderstanding on my end. After leaving there to try out other businesses, I realized what the lady told me was the company's policy. I mistakenly assumed she was being unhelpful. Thanks for your concern and I apologize for the misunderstanding.     Staff was very welcoming upon entering establishment, quick & efficient. She also helped me get squared away with loading cash onto cards that doesn’t even mention this place. Will be doing business here again!
