Tony at this location is phenomenal! She was incredibly friendly super helpful patient and just had outstanding customer service. It is no wonder that she is actually the manager at this location and I would hope that she would be offered the chance to train other employees and other managers in any new branch that was opening for this establishment. My experience was standalone unbelievably outstanding and positive. However it was more so exemplary compared to the experience I had literally just had at a check n go on sunset boulevard. A very rude employee who advised me they did not offer check cashing services and was further extremely rude when I suggested maybe corporate office should fix that on their website. Ironic how she could be so nasty after I patiently waited for her to finish her phone call that was not business related yet she felt the need to be unprofessional and not a positive let alone proper representative of her employer. So Tony thank you for helping me today and I hope that higher-ups as well as the corporate office see this review and recognize you for the amazing job you do and employee that you are.
