    the new lady there, i think her name is rosie -something along those lines is soooooo freaking nice. even when she answered brief calls she did it swiftly and professional as she helped me. and its like she really wanted to help you. great customer service compared to the ladies who used to work there.

    I think it was Selena or serena (i cant remember exactly)was very quick but courteous. She knew exactly what she was doing and got straight to the point but wasn't pushy or rushed. Her service stood out even more so than her name. I don't know her capacity at that store but, I see management material in her. If she could teach that type of service to others any many other places in general I think a company like yalls could really benefit from it. I will definitely be back to that location because of her first impression on me. Thank you Selena or serena....I wish I could remember her name exactly. I'll be back for sure.
