    They don't use ChexSystems so in order to verify the check they have to call the person or family member that gave it to you and it makes the entire process uncomfortable and embarrassing and even if you're not a first-time customer they'll still find a way to charge you the new customer fee but they don't tell you that until you can't back out of it. Use them as a last resort only

    Warning !!!! I recently moved to the area. I belong to a credit union back in California so i tried to take my state and federal tax refund checks both under 100$ for convenience to them for cashing. After a thumbprint, all my personal information, SS# and a photo of me they told me they could not cash my refunds cause there machine was broken, and they will not remove my information from there system even though no transaction took place. Also you sign a paper card authorizing them to run your credit at anytime and a whole paragraph of other legal mumbo jumbo. Great i hope there not hacked and also i hope no junk mail and sales calls. Also there is no central air conditioning just a very inadequate floor unit in the corner. This business is unbelievably unprofessional. I assume they deal with alot poverty stricken people and druggies but its a shame they can't recognize a decent customer when they see one.
