If I can give Hugo and his team a 10 by 10 star rating at this location I would! ( I wrote a review for them in the past at the wrong location oops 😅) Sometimes things happen unexpectedly and that’s not our fault! It’s good to know I got back up money whenever I need it, in these times & Hugo and his team understands that which made me feel safe and gave me the comfort that I needed because stressing is never okay. I will recommend to my family and friends how reliable & helpful hugo and his team are & this company for helping me.

My man Hugo was super quick with the process and it literally took less than five minutes. He is super professional and respectful. This isn't like other places , they make you feel welcome and give off a real friendly vibe . Other places act like your troubling them to do there job. This place is far from that . I've been coming to this location for about 10 yrs, (maybe even longer). Hugo & Mari are a great team. They are very professional, they both have great customer service & above all are truly friendly. Whether u need a payday loan, money order, pay a bill or simply wire money, they make it quick & easy. Don't get me wrong sometimes it gets busy & there is a line outside (due to this pandemic) but honestly, I don't mind the wait, cause their service is great! The staff is always professional and friendly. They always have great attitudes and have quick service. Alexis and Hugo are always helpful at the Lynwood location.
