I've been with Acclaim for almost 10 years now & would never leave! The staff here is amazing!! They take great care of their members, always there to help in any way they can. Acclaim is the true definition of what exceptional service looks like. Great products, great rates, great people!

I walked into Acclaim FCU, simply looking for a banking experience, less all the fees, extra charges and hassle of my then current bank accounts. What I discovered was a banking experience like I’d remembered from years before the bank became just another institution. From my first introduction to Cameron, who is a professional extraordinaire, to the teller line, where they actually know my name, before they pull up my account, this experience has reimagined banking for me. I recently purchased a new vehicle through my credit, union and they worked for me like they had a vested interest; after I thought about it, they did, they are vested in their members, and that’s refreshing to know. From my personal loans, credit cards, and everyday banking needs, Acclaim is the people’s institution for banking. Thank you Cameron, Cesar, the teller line, the ladies from accounting who keep my accounting on track when it gets off and the tremendous and patient Branch Manager and her team.Thank you Acclaim!!!!

I actually called and talked to a teller who explained I would be able to use this bank as a means to obtain a cashier check because they're a co-op with Navy Federal Credit Union. Well that wasn't true and now I can not pay pay a bill because of this misinformation. I can use the ATM ANYWHERE USA!!!

Every single time I have encountered an issue they have resolved it quickly and explained what went wrong in a way that was easy to understand. I have always felt like a valued customer and been treated as if my business was wanted. Cesar, Cameron, and Morgan, as well as any other employees, are always cheerful and helpful and make me happy to be a part of this credit union!!

I have been with Acclaim since Oct. 2018 and there is no way that I am going to change Banks. The customer service is flawless and everyone treats you with respect and really makes you feel at home. When I first became a member Jewell Penn was so helpful in answering any questions and giving me advice on what would be the best for me to do. I would give Acclaim 10 Stars but they only let me give 5. I am so happy I found Acclaim Federal Credit Union no intention of ever leaving!

Working with Acclaim has been an absolute pleasure. I refinanced my truck with them at a much lower interest rate. Not long after Jewell reached out to me to discuss some other options they had that she felt could benefit me. After talking with her I ended up refinancing my motorcycle and moving my credit cards to them all at much lower interest rates. They are helping me save a lot of money that I would have just thrown away in interest. I would like to thank Jewell, David , and Zoey for the excellent personal service they have shown me. I have had an auto loan with this bank for about 5 years & just recently paid it off. The process for getting this loan was seamless and such a great experience and I have never had any issues until recently. We had a bit of a situation with a refund that I was due and after calling more than 5 times about this (and waiting over a month for an answer) I got very frustrated with this situation and the person that was handling it. I'm not one to usually complain but decided to speak with the bank manager about this issue to avoid any further issues or frustrations and found her (Cameron) to be AMAZING! She was very appreciative for my phone call (which you don't get much when you are calling for to complain) and made it very clear that she would use this as a learning experience for future customers to have a better experience when dealing with refunds. She answered my questions immediately, apologized for any wasted time, got my refund to me ASAP and even checked back with me to make sure everything had been taken care of! I was HIGHLY impressed with her and will definitely be back for my next auto loan SOLELY for the work she put in to making sure I was happy EVEN knowing that I would be leaving the bank after my auto loan completed.
