I want to say How Impressed I have been with Access Bank and Tom in particular. He always shows professionalism and the Bank itself offers some of the Best benefits to their Customers. The ATM program is Wonderful and I don't know of any other Bank that offers this! They also work hard to be competitive in the Marketplace when it comes to All types of loans. Kudos to Tom and the Staff!

They have a great staff and the loan officer is the nicest guy to work with. I've always loved this bank and have had few problems with them in the past. Definitely recommend.

These guys really know how to make you feel welcome and ask questions to be sure they are meeting all of your needs. If they are not sure they do the research and find out quickly! It's nice to feel like a family member verses a number. We had no idea how many areas they are able to help you with, from personal finances to business needs. Thank you for being so helpful!

A whole different experience with this bank vs any other I’ve ever banked with. They always know me by name and go the extra mile to make sure I am always satisfied! I can’t recommend them enough.

Please be careful!! I have been using AccessBank for years and recently something very unsettling occurred and I wanted to make sure I let anybody who might use AccessBank know! Okay let me start from the beginning, the past few months I have been struggling to pay my bills. One of my accounts with AccessBank that is inactive and has an expired card on it had one of my credit card payments go through on it, all good I quickly moved money from my main account to the other account... By the time I had done that, a $35 fee had been charged to the account. Not a big deal I call my local bank and ask if they can remove the fee. They told me they can get me on a call with their manager and she can help me, they told me she will call me the next day. 2 weeks later I get a call from her and she lets me know my account is negative, at the time it was negative about $90, she tells me she will refund the first fee but not the other ones. After telling her I will pay the fees but I'm struggling right now, she didn't really care too much. Then yesterday hits, and I see that my account had a $110 charge to it, they had moved money from one of my accounts to the other account without ever calling me, sending me any notice, or letting me know this was going to happen. I call them, very upset, just to get hung up on by the manager. I am very very upset with the way this bank treats their customers. I am just very happy that I had paid my rent last week, if I hadn't I wouldn't be able to pay my rent this month. So please, be careful! This bank is only in it for the money and not for the customer!

We have been banking with ACCESSbank for a few years now and find them to be favorable in the industry for several reasons but mostly the personalization they provide to all of their clients. I would highly recommend working with them

Absolutely love this Bank!!! Especially the staff. They are so friendly. Drive-thru deposits are always quick and easy!!
