First time in Accent Jewelers today. I was "on a mission" to sell a few watches and a necklace/bracelet set. The advertisments do not lie! I was 100% satisfied from the moment i walked in to the moment i left. Were they busy? Yes. Was i addressed in a timely manner? Yes! So were the several people who came in after me. Karen helped me and was as friendly and professional as anyone i have ever dealt with. She explained the process in simple terms and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I left with more $$$ than anticipated and was happy i made the choice to visit Accent Jewelers. You should too, you won't be disappointed!

This was my first time selling jewelry. I initially chose Accent Jewelers because they were on a list of reputable stores that my diamond insurer had. I had many older pieces from pearls and opals to gold. Will was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and really took the time to inspect each piece and tell me what it was worth and why. I highly recommend Accent Jewelers!

I called this a m as last night I realized I could probably make some $ on some gold pieces I have had for lots of yrs and quit wearing jewelry & Andrew answered the phone. Andrew was just as nice & helpful in person as he was over the phone! I was so glad I went as it got me some gas/ groc $ which both were much needed. I didn't know if I was wasting my time or not but I do know Jesus NEVER ever fails anyone & had I not gone I wouldn't of known what the outcome would be! Thanks Andrew for your great customer service & I really feel I was done right! We can't take anything w/ us when we die so we my as well get what we can for it now!

My wife and I met with Scott about appraising some coins and jewelry. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We were pleased with his evaluations and sold many of the coins and some jewelry to Accent Jewelers. My wife also purchased some costume jewelry from the business.

I had a heavy gold necklace and bracelet for some time, I thought about giving them to my children but they didn't want it and would have to sell it. So I decided to sell it myself but didn't know where to go or who I could trust to get a fair price. I saw a commercial for Accent Jewelers and Loans so I said what the heck I'll stop there first. I visited Accent Jewelers today for the first time. I had a sterling silverware set that had been sitting in bags for decades. Scott helped me out and paid me a nice fair price for it. He had an innate enthusiasm offering ideas that I would not have thought of myself. As I looked around the room I saw how the other customers were being attended to. My rating is A++! They could not have been more courteous, knowledgeable or professional. The walls are filled with certifications and accomplishments of the people that work there. I spoke with the owner himself and was delighted by his ability to listen and have an intelligent conversation without distraction from people around us. That is rare these days! He explained how the training and education is ongoing for people working there. These are dedicated people with top a notch professional acuity. I look forward to returning to the store soon.

I came in yesterday, 10/25/2021, to sell a 22 in. 14kt chain that was broken. (My dog broke it after being around my neck for 30 years!) My sales associate was Dede.I explained to her that I felt awkward without it. Not only did she help me with my sell, but after hearing my story she found me a chain almost like mine in store! Plus I received double my offer for buying after the sell. She cleaned my cross before placing it on the chain and placed it around my neck. She was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Accent for making my day.

I went in looking to sell some gold jewelry. I had gone to 2 other places and Accent was paying more for gold than the other two companies. My sales rep (Vickie) was knowledgeable and patient with me as I also had questions about the process for them doing some custom jewelry.

A hidden treasure, Hands down my favorite jewelry store! The prices are beyond reasonable and you can always count on the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. The selections are rotating so you there's always something new to discover here. I got a beautiful diamond ring which is my new favorite accessory and they even offered me some fair prices on my unwanted and broken jewelry. More than that they offered me a reasonable price to fix my grandmother's pearl necklace. They truly are a one stop shop. The best jewelry store in Memphis! Can't wait to visit again soon!

My first visit went well. I brought in a bag of silver and other jewelry. Andrew took the time to explain how they pay out on certain items. He then took the additional time to go through my huge bag of silver and jewelry to determine what was real and what was costume jewelry. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

If you are a person of color don't take your business to accent jewelers. We came and they told me that they would only give me $100 for a ring that was worth $3000. A white man and his wife came in and was offered water. We were not. Bad business for black people. Find you a black jewelers to go to. Cause the white ones want to take as they always do from past history to now.

Very friendly Service every time I go there. The last time I was there Reva had helped me out and I truly enjoyed her time she took and how much knowledge that she knew about all the jewelry. I will definitely go back to Accent Jewelers every time I need to bring any of my jewelry.

I visited the store on March 2. I wanted to sell some scrap silver and gold. I was acknowledged immediately by Scott. He was very kind and patient, he even offered me a bottle of water.
