The process was seamless and the communication with John and his team was excellent. With the exception of one minor hiccup, the process was so easy and we were shocked that we closed escrow 4 days sooner than anticipated. The lender we had been working wirth couldnt get the paperwork correct and so we switched to Jason and his team at Academy. They were all very helpful and compassionate for our situation. They were able to get us from start to closing in 11 days which is very fast. It helped that we had most of the paperwork together already but his team was amazing, responsive and just all around pleasent to deal with.
