Was an awesome experience!!! Our first time buying a home and we Weren't looking forward to it hearing all the horror story's about qualifying and closing a home mortgage. Mike was awesome and on top of everything . Letting us know exactly what we need to submit. His attention to detail was awesome and streamlined everything while getting us the best possible rate. It was pure luck that we ran across Mike. We'd been recommended by friends to their guys, but found responsiveness lackluster at best. My husband called Mike and he was enthusiastic, honest, knowledgeable, and 100% committed to getting us the best deal possible. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were first time home buyers with minimal knowledge about the mortgage process.
