I am writing this out of frustration. Abbie Nicolas was my contact and oversaw my case. She left on Vacation at the end of our case and didn't leave things set up for us. Academy Mortgage gave us two different closing dates, but each time they had to push back the date. They kept missing documents that they should have asked for weeks ago, and that was our hold-up every time. I am just so emotionally exhausted. Abbie was a terrible communicator and left our case like it didn't matter. I had to resend over so many documents because she didn't take care of us. Even if this loan magically goes through, we will never use Academy Mortgage again.

Trudi is the best mortgage lender out there! She knows the options inside and out and can help you qualify for the one that's best for you. She knows how to help you build good credit if you need it, knows the ins and outs of mortgages and takes the headache out of the process for her clients!
