I initiated contact with Victor Millington who assured me that we could definitely get the refinance that I wanted done. He then transferred me to Greg Lira. It was a terrible experience that they dragged me along for months telling me I was going to be approved, however to this date I still have not been approved. Greg assured me we’d have the money by the end of January. I have provided everything that they’ve requested, they don’t communicate and they ignore my communications. My loan is not desirable, I get it, but I deserved to be treated better and with respect. Every time I asked for an update, I was guilted and made to feel bad for asking. I have just been diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder that put me in the hospital for 45 days, I explained that a big part of the need was my medical bills, but they didn’t care at all. Rude and disrespectful. I took a lot of time to get estimates for work (to make my house work for my new wheelchair) and wasted everyone’s time. I kept asking for updates to ensure that this was going to go through before I spent all this time getting estimates. I was continuously assured that I would get the loan. Last week I finally asked them to just pull my application, after months of waiting and them not responding to my emails. They didn’t even respond to that. Unbelievable
