Never again. Save your money and go else where. This bank is awful and will screw your over. The made changes to my personal account with out my knowledge and they did this more than once. But they had no interest in fixing the issue or explaining why they did it and when I spoke to corporate he basically said it wasn’t his problem and the manager at the branch had NOT A CLUE what was going on with my account. This was an on going issue for over a year. A YEAR!! I will never go back and they have lost people due to me explaining what my situation. Also the dark haired lady who usually works drive-thru is awful. She always has a terrible attitude and is rude. I dreaded having to see her so I started going inside. I have spoken to a lawyer about this bank as well and let me tell you what.. he told me they have a lot of issues and cases due to this bank. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Another disappointing branch of Academy Bank. Tell me why I wait to deposit a check with a live human being and she takes at least 10 minutes and takes another customer while doing my transaction? I got to where I used the atm way more.But even that is questionable.

Wow, I have a business account with these people and am happy to see them finally having stand alone branches. However, the people at this branch are not quality nor due they stand to be a good representation of Academy Bank at all. I walked into a vacant lobby holding nothing but 2 tellers and 2 loan officers chatting away in the corner. I had a check to deposit and needed to add a savings account as my company has been growing and growth involves spending. I was told by the teller that i would need to come back next week…. its monday, next week to address the growth of my banking needs. This location is very very lackluster as far i have been shown on now 2 different occasions. Do better with your people @academybank.

Every interaction with them is perfectly smooth and I've never had an issue! Im very happy with their service and I plan to continue using this bank for some time.

This branch is wonky. Every transaction I have done here has caused personal issues, the wal mart branch takes much more pride in their work and has a better work ethic.

Do not bank with these people ! They never answer the phone. Slow service inside of the branches. The mobile banking is TRASH. None of your payments ESPECIALLY weekend payments will post on time. Meaning your balance on the mobile app is hardly ever up to date. One second you have 150 dollars the next you are negative 5 dollars even though you’ve spent nothing in the past 24/48 Hours. Each representative “apologizes” on such a monotone matter and gave the same excuse for the problem I’ve been having for over a year. The second worse bank experience I’ve ever had. I would never bank with this company again.

Pam was amazing and so sweet , she help me take care of a dispute and get a new card has well. I really appreciate Academy Bank and Love being part of a Academy family ❤️

This has been the best bank I've ever been with. Very accommodating and friendly EVERY single time I've talked to literally anyone that works for them. I'd give more than five stars if I could, because they deserve it!

currently been sitting here at the drive thru forever waiting for a withdraw slip. nobody in front of us. the lady is litterally talking to her friend shouting Aflac out the window. Can we at least get a withdraw slip? are we stuck here forever? she won't answer the call light. She has my licence.we asked at 3:32 It is 3:45pm update: it is 3:54...we have a withdraw slip. remember nobody was in front of us. update: 4:15 we are free. Thanks Academy Bank
