Despite the fact that I went with another lender, I was very impressed by the response time and attentiveness of the team at Absolute Mortgage. Ethan was on top of it and went out of his way to get us the information we needed in a timely manner. A great lender for first time home buyers.

Straight forward and honest right up front. We had a tough situation living in a sub market with almost no comparison homes to appraise with. Joe shared his time, energy and looked at possibilities that might work for us. In the end he yielded to another program that served us best, out side his scope. Let me start by saying that I don't typically ever leave Google reviews, as I don't like to put my personal information on the interwebs for all to see, so for that reason I'm going incognito. That being said, I was recently a client of Elle Zimmerman, a Mortgage Advisor who works out of this location, and I just feel obligated to recognize her hard work, dedication and professionalism that she showed throughout our transaction. It's the least I could do. Elle had been referred to me by a real estate agent (who will remain anonymous) and after looking up her "bio" on the Absolute Mortgage website, I decided that I needed to do a little more digging. I mean, it was literally just her photo, and while she was absolutely drop dead gorgeous, she looked to be in her early 20s, and I wanted to know more about her experience within the industry. Anyway, my detective skills led me to her Facebook business page, which gave me a little more insight as to what she was all about. I got the vibe that she was a hardworking mother who was extremely dedicated. That's exactly the kind of thing I like to see, as it's rare in the younger generation, so I decided to make the call. Okay, so here's where she wins me over. I called from my wife's phone, so there's absolutely no way she could've recognized the number or knew who was calling, so I was expecting to get her voicemail and a call back later, but nope. To my surprise, I get a "Hello, this Elle." Wow. She answered a RANDOM NUMBER while she was ON LUNCH? How many business people do that nowadays? I insisted that she call me back when she was finished, but she was genuinely invested in explaining how the application process works and we had a great 20 minute phone call, where she answered all of my questions. I hung up feeling knowledgeable and prepared as to what to expect in the coming weeks. I couldn't believe how easy she was to talk to. I honestly felt like I had known her for years and we were a couple old friends just chewing the fat. During the loan process, we did encounter a few hiccups (not on Elle's end), and that was to be expected - but the main thing was that Elle was always reachable to put my worry bug of a wife at ease. And when I say always reachable, there is absolutely no exaggeration whatsoever in that statement. She made time for us and seemed to be available when we needed her, even at odd hours. My wife actually called her around 10:30/11:00 PM a few times, and the one time Elle didn't answer, she called us back within 5 or 10 minutes to address our concerns. Keep in mind, this young woman has 2 toddlers and a fiancé, yet she was STILL willing to take a business call during her personal/family time. Not only does that show you how helpful she is as a Mortgage Advisor, but it just assures you that she's a genuinely good, caring person. Long story short, our loan funded when it was expected to and Elle demonstrated exceptional customer service and communication skills the entire way through. This girl truly knows her stuff and if you use her, I can only imagine that it'll be a smooth, stress-free transaction, just as it was for me. Because of this exceptional experience, and the high level of professionalism Elle displayed, I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know that is in the market. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Look, I know this was a bit lengthy, and I may have gotten a little carried away, but I really wanted to give an in-depth look into what working with Elle is like. So, if you're reading this and are thinking about getting approved for a home loan, you can stop shopping around because you've found your girl. Trust me, give Elle a call. You'll be glad that you did.

Elle Zimmerman and her processor was very on top of communication with my past transaction. It was not an easy one. She kept me and my team updated on a continual basis. I will continue to refer my future home buyers to her and her team.

I would love to give them a 0 star. Not investor friendly so don't bother. They follow Fannie May/Freddie guidelines despite the fact that we were clearly telling them we wanted NON-CONFORMING loan. They literally had us waste our time by applying, hitting our credit only to tell us what EVERY SINGLE FANNIE MAE LENDER says. No they cannot finance within 6 months for cash our refinance they can: Give you 75% of your investment+Rehab like every single Fannie Mae lender despite what they may say to you in email/phone call.
