Making sure i knew what was going on, and what the next steps were going to be. They Even did important paperwork for me on a Saturday night. Which amazed me because who does that!? Absolute Home Mortgage was an acceptable experience before all of the junk mail they sent me. Today I'm literally getting "Marvin's Home News" and the advertisements he sends out from his business every 2 weeks, and I'm getting really sick of throwing them out. I get more junk mail from my old mortgage guy than I do from prospective cable companies at this point. All he does is beg for future business and I've responded 6 times asking him to stop sending me advertisements. I am done buying houses for the next decade, and I told Marvin this several times, yet the advertising is still relentless. Marvin only responds to bad reviews posted on the internet apparently, because reaching out to him personally certainly did nothing for me. I took down the first bad review because Marvin literally sounded on the verge of tears when he called about my review but he never bothered to actually address the spam mail, so I guess those were crocodile tears. My hope is that Marvin will see this once more and finally stop spamming me with his advertising. God, I hope so. I don't need any more Sesame Street facts, "the history of cookies", or "advice for entrepreneurs" as detailed in the November issues of his plagiarized newsletter. My mortgage guy does not need to tell me to eat more fruit. It's so frustrating having to throw out all of this Spam mail from a company I wouldn't recommend to anyone even before this. Stay away from this company. Find someone with actual customer service. Find someone who won't lose documents you send them through their "secure email line". Go with another Mortgage company. I'm at my wits end here.. Marvin apparently just doesn't answer emails anymore. He has a whole bunch of interns working for him and it was my experience that they don't follow through on much anything. Find a mortgage company with actual customer support, please. Marvin is a perfectly nice guy, but halfway through the process, you'll realize from his phone calls alone that you made a mistake. Would not use this mortgage service again if they paid me

I have known Mr. Rosenberg and his entire team for more than three years. I can assure you that he can help you will all possible ways to make your dream come true. He will tell you what is the best loan to for you, and help you to get it. That is what happened to me. He helped me to get a jumbo loan to buy my dream house.
