Ms. Nancy Carrera and Mr. Danny , was very courteous and patient . They gave me history about Abri Credit Union and what benefits it has to offer. Example checking and savings. And I needed the extra information because I’ve never belonged to a credit union. Her information is below give her a call to experience great customer service.

Morgan P is by far the best loan officer to work with. She very professional, communicates thoroughly and she’s very passionate about her career. Highly recommend Abri, along with Morgan to anyone! This girl needs a highly earned pay raise and some recognition!

Don't trust these people with your money, they don't know what they're doing. I had a loan with them with auto-pay and for whatever reason their system stopped processing it and they said I was behind. This dinged my credit and after both disputes with TransUnion and Experian I'm still stuck with it.

I have been coming to this bank for over 20 years. The tellers have always been very friendly and helpful. The people in the offices have always been very helpful.

The mortgage loan department was patient, caring, detail orientated and worked personally with us every step of the way. New construction is hard to time out the closing but the officers at ABRI made sure all the paperwork was lined up as needed. They were upfront with how the process was progressing and if they anticipated any bumps in the road. We were told the best way to handle those bumps and move forward. Thank you to the team. You're fine as long as you have money in the bank, but God forbid that you have a NSF. Their animal instinct comes out. I had a NSF for $1 and was charged $31. First they said yes that they would honor it, then called me back to say that they would not honor it. Wow could you imagine decisions made in that bank.

I felt like I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin the woman who was suppose to be helping us acted as if she didn’t even want to help us at all she was looking for every opportunity to not open an account I will take my business elsewhere they aren’t the only credit union on the area.
