Abound Credit Union Kelly Dr, Bardstown

I want to start off by saying Stephanie was so helpful and friendly on the phone. I purchased a car from Conway Heaton on 5/6/22, my first payment was due 6/20/22. I called once a week to get my account number/ 10 day payoff amount. I called on 6/14/22 (a week before my payment was due) still my account hadn’t been created. I called again 6/17/22 to see if my account was there and she told me my account didn’t get created until the day before around 5pm. She helped me pay my car payment online and was so helpful and apologized for the delay. My payment didn’t get processed until 6/22/22, the day I received my account paperwork in the mail. If I hadn’t kept calling I would have a late payment waiting to get my account number to pay my loan. I just refinanced my loan through Lincoln National and paid off my account with Abound.

My experience today was much easier and certainly more streamlined than I could’ve imagined!! There’s a reason I’ve banked with Abound for so long now. The assistance I received from Sloan S. made the whole process simple and stress free, keep up the good work!!

I have been a member here for years. Me and my wife recently purchased used vehicle for our family at a local dealership in Bardstown,KY. I meet Sloan Seeger at our local branch for loan assistance. He was great to work with, answered all our question and helped us understand the whole process. He made the whole process so easy. If you are looking for vehicle and needing a auto loan, I highly recommend getting ahold of Slogan Seeger at the main Abound Credit Union Bardstown Branch. 👍🏻

Absolutely the WORST place I have ever banked. I’m currently in the process of transferring funds. Had a situation where I needed to make a payment and they straight up will not allow me to pay the bill. Just keep getting the run around. If this bank is worth anything at all then corporate needs to do a clean out the workers in the bank on Kelly Drive. (Now with this being said I went to the bank across town whom is also Abound in the Walmart and would you know they allowed me to pay my bill.) So not only bad service at Kelly Drive, but then one of the employees spit an attitude with me on the way out the door. Mind you I’m also a military vet and this used to be FORT KNOX CREDIT UNION. I will also be making a few of my military calls to have this bank listed as non friendly towards the military.

I'm not much on revenues. But today was a great day at your branch . I came in to open a credit card account. And Sloan Seeger was right on top of it. He got me the limit I ask for. All paperwork was signed sealed and delivered in a timely manner very nice young man. You did a good thing 👏 on making him part of your staff . Job well done. I'm new to your bank and I just hope that the rest of your staff is as kind and good as Sloan.

Sloan Seeger helped me a couple different times. He was helpful and kind alone with everyone else there. I feel at ease when I have a situation that they are handling. Couldn't ask for a better banking experience. A solute abound credit union.

All of the staff at Abound are very knowledgeable and so friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and a feel like I’m in good hands. Keep up the great work!

I saw all the negative reviews just moved to bardstown from elizabethtown never had a problem there. This branch is god awful, I’ve had Fort Knox for like 20 years not a great bank but okay, don’t go here
