Customer service is so bad , Set up my bank 3 weeks ago and still hasnât receive it yet. Called them so many times and it kept telling me they are in another calls try it every day for 1 week straight and never got the chance to talk to the person that set my account up.

The Aberdeen Fed. Credit union is the best in the area. They help in ever situation and are so friendly. I would not bank any place else.

Very friendly tellers. I always get treated professionally and the place is always clean.

I try to deposed some coins to the bank. the coin machine is down. I counted $20 with quarters and Dollars and asked cashier to depose them. The cashier didn't take them and tell me that I have to go through the coin machine. My understanding is that if machine is working, we could follow the policy. If machine is not working, banker should have some alternate method to solve the problems. Bad experience.
