I called the Metairie office today in order to ask an important question regarding a transaction that took place earlier in the week. Michelle answered the phone and was polite yet incredibly concise. Two minutes after the call had ended, she called me back in order to verify that the information she had given me was in fact accurate. I was blown away! I originally had an unpleasant experience over the phone with an employee and gave a low rating. However, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with being reached out to by the owner about this experience. This was a very professional and courteous thing to do and for that reason I feel it's unfair to rate the entire company based off of one experience with one employee. Talk about a nice turnaround 👍

Terrible customer service. The manager should be retrained or fired. I am a USMC vet, I first went to the Harvey location for the veterans license plate. They did not have any in stock and referred me to this location. I showed up WITH my DD214 to claim my Veterans License plate, only be told I didn’t rate it by the manager. Pretty weird how I rated a Veterans License plate in Harvey but didn’t rate a Veterans License plate here and the only required document was my DD214, which I had. I was frustrated with the back and forth arguing and asked which license plate did I rate to THEN be told they couldn’t tell me that. ‘They don’t know what license plate I rate’. I was beyond frustrated and just left. Maybe the Manger was just racist and didn’t want a female Hispanic with a vet license plate. Who knows. :)

So Happy we went to this location. We were not sure of everything we needed and Penny was awesome, so helpful!! If every we need anything again I would make the drive to go back to Metairie ABC Title!! 😍

Freaky fast (wait that’s the other place). Scary fast and Amanda (from the UPT office) was super helpful. Got a few things done and still took me longer to drive there then it took to get my paperwork processed. The convenience fees is well worth it!

OMG! Jordan K. At ABC Title on Veterans near David Drive is literally an ANGEL! A true life saver! I’ve incorrectly had a flag on my license since the start of the pandemic and have been back and forth with the BR DMV hundreds of times to resolve this issue but of course they were no help! I came in to renew my registration and just mentioned the flag to her and she got it resolved in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!!!! I’m so happy I could just cry! Thank you so much Jordan! ABC better give her a raise !

Moved my son to New Orleans, giving him our car, trying to navigate the DMV bsck home and here, and got so stressed. His new insurance agent recommended this place instead. Could not be happier!! SCARYFAST is an understatement! We had just sold our house, moved to a new home and needed our addresses updated on all Drivers licenses, vehicle registrations, and upgraded to Real IDs. Everyone was very friendly that we came in contact with and the ladies that assisted us with our various transactions were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Could not have asked for a better or simpler experience.

The staffing agent was very helpful and knew exactly what to do to help me get my plate and title transfered I recommend this location on Veterans cause they very professional and very accurate and very fast

Went to this location to title and register a new vehicle (out of state) was told I needed an additional form filed with all 3 parties signed and notarized (purchased in texas) this location needs more experience and knowledge on the situation. I called 3x to try n get ahold of the manager there who may |or may not be more experienced then the lady assisting me.. I Left there and drove to laplace off airline and DAVE definitely knew what the situation was and took care of everything in less then 20 min with no wait.. was actually referred to the one in meterie but if they don't know how to handle the situation they send you away without even trying. Disappointed but the drive to laplace was worth it

Kelsey was great! She was friendly and quick! I needed to renew my registration and was literally in and out within 5 minutes. I sat in front of Kelsey for maybe 3 minutes and spent the other 2 walking and checking in! The extra charge is no more than 18$ and to save taking off of work for a whole day to sit at the DMV is totally worth it.

Went to ABC Metairie today to update the address on my license. Husband and I were in and out in about 10 minutes tops! Both ladies who helped us were knowledgeable, informative and professional! I took off work early because I didn't know what the wait time would be to renew my driver's license. I brought my laptop with me so I could work until it was my turn but my name was called before I could sit down! Including taking the photo and paying I was probably there a total of 15 minutes. Fast, friendly service!

I was standing outside the DMV for a very long time with the other walk-ins who weren't able to be helped because they were assisting all of the people with appointments primarily. The window of time that they accept walk-ins was coming to an end and I could easily predict that I would be turned away and would have had wasted my time. I called ABC Title of Metairie while I was waiting and found out that they could assist me with what I needed. I was so grateful and drove over there ASAP. When inside, they were fully staffed (unlike the DMV which looked severely understaffed with how many empty desks there were). The way the business of ABC Title was set up was so satisfyingly efficient. I mean it was literally satisfying how efficient the organization of the business and staff was. I was in and out in no time. I am so upset that I went to the DMV first and literally wasted all that time when I could've come to ABC Title of Metairie.

SCARYFAST — best decision made to get my driver’s license renewal. Highly suggest this location.

Made several calls in regards to trying to find info for my license so I’m not turned away. I waited OVER 30 minutes in a “que” for my call to be answered just for them to hang up once they picked up. It’s really a BIG inconvenience to wait your whole lunch break for them to only hang up soon as they answer. They’re known for doing this. Last time I called for this same reason I had issues being they don’t want to answer, so they basically pick up & hang up before you can speak. After a while they know people will stop trying which I’ve given up & am coming to say my peace here! I’ll try another DMV.

This place is always on “GO MODE” they handle business effectively and timely here✅✅✅

I checked the website called ahead of time to be sure I had all the documents required to transfer a title to another person after a succession. After producing the documents I was told to bring on the phone and per their website, I was told they would not help me because there was specific language not included in the Judgement of Possession, even though the Judgment clearly stated I was to be put in possession of all property and assets of the deceased. I gave one star because this is a sensitive transaction as it involved the death of a family member and I was named the sole heir and executor with a Judgment signed by a judge. ABC Title should take care to inform their customers of what documents to produce and what the documents must contain when asked on the phone and provide accurate information on their website.

These are the nicest and most professional people you could ever meet. I’ve gone to the state run DMV before and after waiting for 2 hours the huge intimating security officer told us all, even though we all had a number from waiting in the 1st line that they were closing and we needed to leave and come back another time. I’ll always choose ABC title and if you’re in before closing with everything you need you will get what you went there for with great service. I love ABC Title and will only go there. Several locations too.

Amy L. took care of my title transfer, license plates, and everything else in between and was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I recently had a great experience at the ABC Title location in Metairie. The service was fast and easy. The sales associate who helped me Katie V. was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me with a duplicate driver's license and in sourcing the specialty plate that I was seeking.
