I woman by the name of Jo Chang claims to be a loan officer for this company. This loan officer kept us in escrow for over 23 days and never received loan approval. She claimed that the listing uploaded online was the reason for the delay. She sent it to another lender and still had no approval in place. I am a real estate broker. I’ve sold several hundred properties. Never once have I heard of a loan being denied because of the way a listing was uploaded. Stay away from this company, no responses via text or phone calls.
