Staffs are very slow and if you try cashing a money order they pretend like its not genuine just so they can charge you so much fees…This is a very unreliable place…i feel irritated by this place

Worst place ever the girls don’t even smile and plus very unprofessional dress code girls look like there home need to at least smile if they aren’t trying to Greet a customer walking in

I went through the drive thru and the lady working there rudely told me that she couldn’t attend me, that I had to go inside cause she was busy. What’s the point of a drive thru when they tell you not to use it, she could’ve at least been nice about it, but instead was rude. The owners should do something. I rather go give my business to a place that actually knows customer service.

Horrible Service!!! i asked for the price of a dollar in Mexico and the lady didn’t get close to the speaker hence the reason i wasn’t able to hear anything she said. I then, asked her the same question and she answered in such a rude manner “$18.54, that’s what you asked for, the price of the dollar” the complete opposite of how an employee should answer! Also she had her airpods in while clocked in. As if she’s on her lunch break or as if she isn’t working! She also mentioned that i was the one with the issue in this situation, when she’s the one who ignored me from the very beginning. I had to get down from my vehicle to knock on the window since she didn’t hear the two times i honked my horn. // Pésimo servicio!!! Pregunté el precio del dólar en Mexico, y la chica no se acercó a la bocina, motivo por el cuál no escuche lo que dijo, le volví a preguntar y me contestó muy rudamente -$18.54, fue lo que usted me preguntó,el precio del dólar.... para nada amable, usando AirPods durante su hora de trabajo, como si estuviera en su hora libre. Aun así dijo que la del problema era yo, cuando ella fue la que me ignoró desde un principio, tuve que bajarme para tocarle la ventana, ya que no escuchaba las dos veces que soñé el claxon.
