Best jewelry store I’ve been to in town, absolute top of the line customer service, and the up most courtesy and respect when I am their, I love Melody and Shannon they are the absolute best jewelers I’ve come across, I’ve never had any problems or issues the multiple times I have been there. I would highly recommend them for any and all jewelry needs/wants you may have. They always take care of me and get me the best deals possible. I have absolutely no concerns when it comes to them and know that I am with some of the best if not the best when I am getting diamonds and gold in the Wichita area. I use the jewelry repair part of this business. This is the only place I go for jewelry repair. They do a great job. If If I need something done fast They accommodate.

I rarely complain about any service, but I would not advise anyone to take jewelry of any significant value to this store. I had a very expensive diamond ring that was left to me after my Mom passed a few months ago. I had to have it sized, so I took it here. The jeweler, Frank, put in such thin metal that it was bent and misshapen by the end of the first day, just wearing it in my home!: it was truly horrible work. When I took it in, the jeweler looked at only one of my two receipts(I had to pay half in two parts!) and said that’s all I’m doing for $80.00. Incredibly, he defended his work because it weight SLIGHTLY more than when it came in. Yes, it would weigh more because you’re increasing it three sizes, but that doesn’t mean the back width quality is satisfactory.. I left in tears. A few days later when I called to explain that the payment was only half of what was charged, I spoke with a manager, Bryan. He promised me “They would make it right and told me to call and come in two days later. When I called on that day, he suddenly back-pedaled and didn’t even LIOK at the RING!!! Shoddy work, and jeweler and management that DO NOT CARE. I would definitely not go here: a pawn-shop jeweler is what you should expect if you do.

Fast, courteous, and helpful staff. Gracey's customer service was admirable and commendable. Honestly, both ladies working in the loan department were exceptional! They worked digiently to meet my needs. They not only met my needs as a customer today, but they have retained what will be a repeat customer. Thank you, A Ok! I appreciate you!!!

Very nice staff and excellent customer service! Good selection of items, prices aren't too bad, and if you look hard enough, to our can find some hidden gems. I like the window open until 10:00 pm. Very convenient!

Do not EVER , go and sell your jewelry to Aok Pawn on 21st and Amidon. And do not let this “50 percent off memorial day sale “ fool you. I go in to see if I can buy a ring back, keep in mind I sold them , and they have it over priced so high, I was appalled. Service was not that great , and they don’t know too much about jewelry with the prices I walked in on my lord . Won’t be doing business ever again, better off going to Facebook market place .

Jaelon was awesome to us. Gave us the real amount we needed and treated us like we were valued customers. Will come back just for his customer service.

Have been to the 21st and Amidon location only a few times. Store has always been clean and organized with helpful staff.

They say they can cash any check no matter what it is and they do have some nice stuff in the pawn shop got to go place to be!

This place was awesome came in to get a loan on an camera and loved every minute the place was nice smelled really good the staff was friendly and alert to awhile to get things finished but the laughter made time go by quick will definitely be back thanks for the awesome experience

I have been buying jewelry here for 3 years meet nice sales staff and really great prices on jewelry until December 2019. You did a 70 percent off of your jewelry BUT you raised your price on the jewelry for that special, I wish now that is over would you lower the price. You had great prices at one time I feel I can't shop there anymore prices to High. Thanks.
